Great view …. The air hockey table is kid sized an doesn’t blow air and there was no hot tub as pictured(didn’t find out it was gone until after booked) However it was super clean and the views were beautiful. Would definitely stay here again for a short trip.

Cabin was easy to get to. Very clean and nice. The views are amazing. You can see dollywood fireworks from the balcony. Around 9:40 p.m. is when they started. Beds are very comfortable.

The home was as described and very well kept. The bed was so comfortable we immediately came home and bought the identical mattress. We had a small hiccup with the downstairs thermostat but it was resolved in less than an hour with Vacasa reaching out to the owners and a tech coming to the home and fixing it. I was very impressed with the response from Vacasa and the owners, particularly on a Sunday. We would definitely stay there again.

There were many amenities listed online as part of the package and shown in pictures that were not included in our cabin. I wanted to relax in the hot tub each day, for example, but there was not one.

The home was not cleaned before our arrival. Everything we brought is covered in white dog hair despite us not owning a dog. Swept the house upon arrival and filled 3 dust pans with dog hair. . Nesting bats on one of the porches that left droppings all over. 3 tvs only two work. Plenty of dvds for the kids to watch but no working DVD player. Broken/non working air hockey table one of the panels Broken off laying on the floor with sharp screws sticking out of it.. not blaming the owners as all the problems seem to stem from the management company and/or cleaning crew.

We loved the cabin and it's views. The drawback was that we had a hard time communicating with management. Trying to figure out the TV was ridiculously complicated. There was something on we were very interested in watching and spent a good half hour or more trying to figure it out. We called the management number and the person was based in Portland Oregon and knew nothing about the system. The people on the phone were friendly and tried to talk it through with us, but they were simply reading from a generic page of ideas - such as turn it off and on, unplug the cable box, etc. The price is much higher than advertised because of the fees added in for managing the property and they were not worth it. Also, try to arrive in the daytime. We did not and the road is very steep and curvy. That's our fault. But the steepness meant we had some lovely views from the porches.

The cabin was in a good location and easy to get to and close to pigeon forge. The view was good too. But the cabin itself had some issues. When we arrived the loft area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was dirty washcloths on the air hockey table and the upstairs balcony had a pair of wet swimming trunks and a wet towel. The air hockey table has no plug to use. The loft was ungodly hot. The air can only go down to 72 and we didn’t realize that the upstairs loft had a separate thermostat that was not turning on for a few days. When we finally noticed we contacted Vacasa who we booked through. They sent someone out to take a look. The maintenance person that came out said that usually when the thermostat won’t turn on it’s because of condensation in the lines and the water pan. When he vacuumed the water out it took 4 fill ups on the shop vac to get rid of all the water. He said there was about 2 inches in the pan. The windows were pretty dirty and the balcony chairs were completely covered in spiderwebs. There is usually the typical small amount of bat droppings on the decks which is to be expected, but the amount on the top balconies looked as if they haven been cleaned in months. There were very deep piles of it. The cabin could be so cute if the cleanliness was better and it was better maintained. For the amount of money that was spent for a week there we were pretty disappointed. I have stayed in other cabins in the same area with another company and had much better experiences.

The only complaint I have is, we were told that there was no parking on the property but was not given a place where we were supposed to park. Every cabin around us, the renters parked in their property

The views are great and the location is too. Only thing I would say is it is miserable not being able to turn down the AC lower than 72 degrees when it’s 90+ degrees outside… it gets miserable pretty quick.

Loved everything about the stay here, views, layout, all of the above! The one thing that was disturbing is the upstairs master if you will shower was completely clogged. I tried plunging it and nasty black stuff was coming out. So we as a family had to split 1 bathroom between 4 of us

Best thing ever was the view. Simply gorgeous! Cabin is spacious. Plenty of room for a family of 4 or more. Kitchen is definitely stocked with all of your cooking needs. Wifi works well. I was able to watch movies on my iPad. My son loved the hammock in the loft. I would 100% stay here again. Loved it! Also, if you need something, you email Vacasa and they tend to it that day. We needed batteries and they brought them to us. Great customer service.
