Very nice cabin

The location and everything is really great. The hot tub could use a little TLC, but we enjoyed it. The only negative is the comfort of the beds. They were pretty uncomfortable. Other than that we had a great time and will likely book again.

Beautiful new build

Cabin is adorable and a new build. Beautiful kitchen and well furnished. Bedrooms are a little snug with one side of the beds being against the wall. Wished there was more space to put luggage and things. The upstairs was amazing for our group of kids and adults. Hot tub was extremely clean but would have been nice to have a privacy wall on one side. You can hear the traffic from the road but being off the main strip is amazing and saves so much on traffic. Overall I would absolutely stay here again happily.

Beautiful Place

The family had an amazing time at this place! It was very clean and had plenty of place. The only downside was the construction but we will definitely will stay here again when the construction is finished!

Cabin near Dollywood

Family getaway

A wonderful full time in the Smokey Mountains. Very accommodating with multiple beds, nice kitchen, and plenty of parking. A very convenient location to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. We even headed to the Biltmore Estate for a day trip.

Very nice property

I am very picky where I like to stay. The property was easy to find and close to restaurants and attractions. House was very clean and ready once we arrived. Great Mountain Oasis

This is a great property located away from the hustle of the main strip in the Smokies. New construction with a cabin feel without the cabin price. I would most definitely stay here again! A+++

Best vacation home

We came with our grandchildren and it was a wonderful house/cabin.. The place was very clean and kids loved the game room and arcade game..we loved the location..close to everything. Ray was very nice and answered all of our concerns. We will plan another vacation here. Thank you for this great experience!

Girls Weekend

The cabin is beautiful. It was extremely clean and well stocked with essentials to make our stay perfect. The location was so close to everything that we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge as well as grocery stores and gas stations - but not on the main road - so not much traffic or noise. Booking, check in and check out was easy. I would definitely return.

The house was super clean and smelled brand new! The whole family had plenty of room and enjoyed all of the smart TV's and game room. Location was convenient to everything the area had to offer. Check in was easy and Communication with Ray was quick and efficient.

Great location

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Do note that construction is literally right next door to the property, which caused much dust and dirt around the property, spilling into the hot tub bc the cover was not on properly. The kitchen does have many electronic appliances, but lacked basics like salt, pepper, sugar, etc. Would book again, but not until construction is completed.

Bachelorette party

This property was one of my favorites I’ve stayed at! Easy to book! The owner is easy to contact with questions. There was 8 of us and there was so much room! It was perfect for our occasion which was a bachelorette trip! It’s very peaceful considering the work they do around it to finish their little neighborhood. 20/10 recommend staying here. We will be back!

PE Christmas

The house was clean and beautiful. It accommodated our group nicely. There were added touches of greenery for Christmas, which made it nice and homey. My grandchildren had fun decorating the tree. The host was easy to work with and communication was good. This home is centrally located to a lot of things in the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but I gave a four star rating only because of the construction next to the property. That part was a bummer.

Great location, convenient to everything!

My husband and I stayed a single night with our four girls and our oldests fiance, in order to spend a day at Dollywood. We loved the location... Just minutes from the Gatlinburg airport, as we were flying in from South Florida. I don't even think it was 15 minutes from the Dollywood parking lot. We had a great weekend, and there was plenty of room and privacy for everybody! Brand new little neighborhood... There is a bit of construction going on, but it didn't interrupt our stay. The home is uniquely placed on a very steep hillside, but the street was flat and there was plenty of convenient, on site parking. Everything that was needed for our stay was provided. If we ever come through again, we'd consider this location another time!
