Vacation rental in Sète: Nice two-room apartment of 30 m2 of living space, for 2 people, facing south with a 6m2 terrace, located on the fourth and last floor (with elevator), this apartment has a sea view on the first line. The beaches are 150 m away and the shops are 100 m away. The living room is composed of a sofa, a television and a kitchen area (2 induction hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher). In the bedroom, there is a double bed 160 and a chest of drawers. The bathroom (shower cubicle, sink, washing machine) is separate from the toilet. This apartment has reversible air conditioning.  
A parking space is provided at n° 102. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible 50€ (details contact us).  
OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (€15 per bed), towel rental (€12 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) €60, mini wifi box (€39/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
