L’appartamento è dotato di connessione Wi-fi e riscaldamento autonomo, recentemente ristrutturato, molto luminoso e ben arieggiato. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano e non è presente l'ascensore. Lo spazio L’area principale dell’appartamento è composta dalla cucina (con frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno elettrico, microonde e bollitore elettrico) e la sala (con tavolo da pranzo allungabile, divano letto matrimoniale, televisore) Sono presenti due camere matrimoniali ed una camera singola con letto ad una piazza e mezzo.
