Excellent staff and condition of the room and property. Because it is an historic location located within castle walls, it does not have an elevator. The hotel also has multiple buildings which may require shuttle. For those who love history and not as much for those who want to shop and dine.

Fer was such a sweetheart and super helpful and accommodating. We had a great stay. If ever in this area again will definitely come back. Views were beautiful too. There was some street noise (we were on 4th floor) but it wasn’t all that bothersome.

"Second time at this hotel. Its perfect if youre planning on going to Hi and Ushuaia because its within walking distance no cabs needed.
