This is a nice little hotel. The breakfast was good. The restaurant was open for other meals also which is very helpful. The staff were pleasant and helped us several times. I would return here in the future.

I was there for 10 days and from check in to check out it was fabulous the food was five star and the accommodations were amazing I had a great time at that motel in fact I called at my home for 10 days and everyone treated me kindly even though they really didn’t understand me all the time different language go there and you’ll have a great time

I think these folks do an excellent job all the way around. Great value for money. The economy rooms are a bit economical, but that's what they're supposed to be. Very professional staff. Breakfast could be organised a bit better, but it was very good.

Great Place
Not a huge room but for an overniter, it was perfect. Although all rooms are non-smoking, most have a small balcony and an ashtray. Good place and have already rebooked for another stay

This is on of the nicest hotel's I've stayed in. It has an old Hollywood theam. Breakfast was excellent, very natural healthy options. Probably one of the best hotels I stayed in Ukraine for the price I paid. This hotel was renovated recently (I don't know when but all the buildings look great inside and out). The room was very clean and had a bathtub that I could use as well. The breakfast was all you can eat with different choices and great coffee machine. There is a museum nearly which I also had a chance to go visit and it was fun. The food in general was awesome. Room was clean and they give you candies on the bed :)

the hotel is well situated in the city centre.well maintained,clean beyond belief,sparkling in fact.room(I had a junior suite) perfect.The food..leaves much to attended to.breakfast..disaster..no chilling,no heating of any foodstuffs.where in the world for breakfast do you get served items from previous catering functions??the restaurant..a la carte.1st night..good..2nd night..OMG..sent the entire 3 courses back.unbelieveable..paper napkins from a dispenser? bread when asked for ..stale..like at breakfast.sliced cheap everyday bread.bar service in the lobby good.unfortunately the food and beverage department needs a huge revamp..spoils the whole stay at the hotel..

It had many pictures of actors , actresses and movies they played . Very comfortable place .. Food was good . Waiter in restaurant strange habit . Would give bread no knife for butter . Had to ask for silverware . Said he did not put it out until meal is served .. Reception people very helpful .

Great place
Convenient location for me. Excellent service. Staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet. Didn't eat there at other times so I can't comment on lunch or dinner. No mini bar but this was not a problem for me. There is a refrigerator in the room. Room not cleaned every day and toilet tissue not replenished when needed. Had to call for this and brought to room immediately. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel located in the old part of the city . no loud Club's next to it but within a couple of blocks you can find perfect entertainment . the staff is experienced and very accurate at what they do. rooms are clean.

Noisy Hotel....terrible customer service
When checking into hotel, I paid in advance for 3 nights the amount in local currency that the hotel asked for....upon checkout, I was told I had been given a 30% discount that I was not entitled to....so I was asked to pay more money during checkout...so it cost me more money to stay in this hotel than the amount Expedia quoted me. Room was Ok....bathroom had a tiny corner shower with no bathtub....it was hard to take shower because of such small space. Breakfast seemed more like lunch...I've never had pasta for breakfast before....nor sausages that looked and tasted like hot dogs. The hotel room faced a street with trolley tracks....every few minutes a trolley passed which made noise....it was hard to sleep with that noise....hotel left ear plugs on the night table which did not help much.

Thanks for being so kind.
This Hotel was nice. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was great. This was my first time being outside the States and I thought I would have a hard time here. But I was very wrong, the staff talked to me in English as much as they could, and I never felt uncomfortable around any of them. Now the rooms was great the one I was in was a little small and I didn't have a refrigerator, and the bathtub was a little small. I am not really complaining though because I am a simple person who is happy with a bed I can get in and fall asleep with no problems. So to all the people who work at Teatralny Hotel in Zaporozhye, Ukraine I just want to say thank you.

Venligt personale. men der var kun en som kune engelsk så man kune tale med dem. rengøring ja de kom føst til mit værlse ca kl 13 og jeg var væk fra kl 8 til 13 da jeg så skule have et bad og vider til noget andet så jeg fik gjort rent 3 gange på 6 dage. Morgen maden er ikke det man er vand til her i EU der er tomater og agurk samt vame kartoffelbåde. men jeg spiste det for man skal prøve noget nyt. Men ellers et ok sted i byen
