"The first room we were given was a little small and stuffy but the staff were very helpful and let us change to a much bigger and cooler room."

"Oh my goodness the front desk staff was amazing. I suffered a leg injury and I had to go to the hospital and they not only helped me to call on their phones, but they gave me ice repeatedly so that I could ice my leg. They helped me with a cart. I truly appreciated all of their help. It is literally next to Arlanda express, like steps and my room was quiet. The breakfast was quite nice. On the weekends they have mimosas or at least on the Saturday I was there. There was a nice variety, although it didn’t really change from day-to-day. They had many different drink stations in a couple of different stations for each thing which also helped to spread out the people. Overall, I would stay here again, even though it wasn’t in the neighborhood just because of the convenience of everything and the wonderfulness of the staff. I feel terrible that I didn’t get their names. I really thought it wasn’t Amanda but when I asked another person the next day, she didn’t think that was the case. A gentleman also helped me the day before with a call."

"This was a good, more affordable option close to tourist destinations and transportation hubs (central train station, central T station). The free sauna is a great bonus, though we didn't use it. One block from the pedestrian-only shopping street Drottninggatan. The only things I didn't like were that the room was quite small (very little room to walk around the bed), and it didn't have a closest. However, I would stay here again."

"Really beautiful hotel. The room itself was nothing super special, but the bedding was amazing. Bathroom was really nice as well. Beautiful lobby and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Don't skip the breakfast. Very friendly front desk staff. Great location. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"It’s a central location which is a big plus. It’s also surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the train and bus station. It’s a. It ‘no frills’ but considering we were up and out enjoining breakfast in the cafes and not back until late, it was ideal. Our room was small but it didn’t bother us. If you’re looking for a place that is cheap, clean, tidy and friendly this is ideal."
