"Stayed here 3 nights on our Seoul's trip this year , we were asking for drops off luggage's early and afternoon checking were smoothly. Front desks has been able to speak English and very welcoming our staying. We were asking for room with city view and our request was fulfilled. The hotel has been large, clean and many young customers. Our room were serving each day and we were enjoying our staying this time here. For someone if the transportation by local buses or trains is not a problem or restaurants, retails shops is not a main concern then this hotel is good for the value and quality services is the best. "

The staff are very friendly and speak English which helps if your Korean isnโt great, the cleaner is very friendly and greeted us every time we see her! Room is cleaned everyday and fresh water and towels are put out too. Facilities within the room and bathroom are amazing too! Will definitely be returning to South Korea!"
