Stayed a second time on the same trip in a different family suite. Room was horribly dusty and dirty, bidet not working, room condition looked like it had taken a beating. Disappointing because usually love staying here. Location is awesome.

Stayed family suite which was decent size. Second time staying here, good location close to metro, shops, food. Was cheaper than usual because the other facilities were closed which was fine because we didn't need those.

My wife and I were very impressed with the Tmark Hotel. Our stay was made very pleasant by the helpful and approachable staff who dealt with all requests promptly and efficiently. We could not praise this hotel enough but the best compliment we can pay is that we have already booked to return to spend the last week of our holiday there.

Beautiful Hotel, good for foreigners
This hotel is massive, gorgeous, and in a great location. We had a ridiculous beautiful view of Namsan from our room window. The workers, including front desk and the cleaning lady, were all kind and professional. The bathtub was lovely and the big was super comfortable and warm. The only negative was there I found a few long strands of hair on the clean towels, probably from a cleaning lady.
