We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Westin Josun hotel. Staff were extremely helpful, especially the gentlemen at the front desk, who helped me print out KTX train tickets or ordered us taxis every day, as well as the fabulous waiters in the bar, who not only offered us food and drinks, but helped me find the name of a building with unusual architecture that I have seen. We'd visit this hotel on our next trip to South Korea.

Westin Chosun has exceptional customer service and staff members who are professional, attentive, and courteous.The location is also excellent as it is in the heart of Myongdong and close to many landmarks. All around a great experience each time I visit and will definitely return when visiting Seoul.

Staffs are excellent. However, lounge foods were beyond terrible. There are a lot of room for improvements. I don't understand why foods in lounge and buffet has such a big difference with qualities. Buffet foods were amazing.

Great hotel in a great part of Seoul. You’re still close enough to the city center to get around easily, but it’s also quiet and easy to walk around. City Hall subway station is just across the street. All the staff in every part of the hotel were super friendly. And the gym/pool at the Westin are stellar, almost worth the stay by themselves. I’d definitely stay there again next time!

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff. Other hotels in the area have a minimum age requirement for the club lounge (around 14 yo), but Josun’s did not, which was great for us. Food was clean and fresh. Overall very pleased; we will stay here again! (Be sure to ask for quiet area -the one night we had neighbors they were quite loud and I was tempted to call the front desk, but didn’t bother. I admit that it was a less than stellar way to end the week long stay, but I blame the poorly behaved people, not hotel.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is close to several tourist locations, restaurants and shopping areas. The access is pretty easy from the airport (the bus stops right at the door) or by train (Seoul station is just 15 min by taxi), something really helpful if you come with family. We chose it for the indoor pool, which has a couple of jacuzzi next to it. It was a perfect choice to relax after walking around. It has several restaurants, but you can also eat nearby at the shopping malls or at the night shopping street. We tried the breakfast at the Aria restaurant and it had a great buffet with lots of options. The pastries were especially delicious. The staff was very nice at every moment and they were fluent in English, and some of them in Japanese. They tried to help us in every way possible. Something to improve would be in-room cleaning. We had a twin-room and moved a bed so we could make a big bed to have three sleeping, and under the bed was quite dirty. It was not cleaned during our three-night stay. Also, it was a bit dissapointing that there were few ammenities in the bathroom.

I will stay here again
I guess I am getting picky about hotels as I get older. I loved how clean and comfortable this room was. The staff are super helpful as well. I would like to mention Kwon out front and Ray in the lobby who went out of their way to help us upon arrival and with directions afterwards. This was my first visit to Seoul, and the hotel seems to be in a great location. There are a ton of good dining options if you are willing to walk 5 minutes including a market on the block behind the hotel. I will stay here again when I return to Seoul

I don’t normally give 5 stars to hotel accommodations just because there are quarks and lack of service but this hotel in Seoul deserves 5. My stay was 9 overnights and each night of stay was same cleanliness and quality service that does not miss a beat! Staffs are courteous and accommodating treating with respect and care. I would definitely stay again next time I visit Seoul.
