The hotel is very conveniently located for Seoul central station and the receptionist who checked me in was very attentive. Otherwise, it is best described as a budget hotel which the photos dress up somewhat.

It is difficult to find the correct way to access. I could not find the route and it took more than 20 min in cold midnight. The room is too small and shower space and toilet are not clean. No bath towel, no desk, no enough space to open a medium size suitcase.

Hotel is right outside exit 10 of Seoul station which is great if you arriving to Seoul by AREX. Room was small but clean. One thing to note is that the towels we were given were small (like hand towels instead of bath towels). I only stayed there for one night so I didn’t mind, but if you are staying longer I would suggest to bring a bigger one.

Rooms are small but cozy and clean. Staff (owner?) super nice and very good English is spoken. Basic amenities are provided. Bed comfort is satisfactory. Good wifi. Dislikes: no work station/table/chair in the room for laptop working but there is a lounge in the basement that can be used. Parking: I was able to park fine but it seems like there are only a few parking spots so if more than a handful of guests bring their cars it might be a problem (not sure about this, maybe they have extra spaces somewhere?) Overall, very good value and very good location. Recommended! :-)

Disappointing, too small
The room is so tiny. Me and my friend could barely open our bags. It is not a well equipped hotel. Location is convenient, but you have to walk a bit. If you have lots of luggage I would not recommend this place. Noisy street with older people hanging around there day and night, sometimes drunk. I wouldn't say it's unsafe but you should be cautious. Would not stay here again if I can avoid it.

We are very sorry for disappointing you. However our hotel is well known for the convenient location if you want to go other city in Korea. The train station is just 2 mints walk and Namsan Tower and Myoungdong shopping center near by. Anyway we are sorry again that we couldn't make you satisfy. No storage unit in the room. Very small towels (I didnt mind but that could be a problem for other people) Fire alarm going off nearly every day in my room (stayed 5 nights) A handful of BTS photos in the basement makes the hotel "k-pop". Quite a few drunk people/homeless people gathered every night near the hotel and did shout a lot at each others and/or other people

Excellent location in terms of public transport connections near to Seoul Station. The room was a bit tight for four people. The breakfast was a bit perfunctory -- just white bread toast or cereal. Good coffee.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. It is within 5 minutes walk from Seoul Station exit 10 but the only problem I had was that there is no elevator after you got off from the subway elevator. There is another stairs which lead to the main road. Since there was no elevator, I had to carry my 20KG luggage up the flight of stairs. Room is very small. You can barely open a big size luggage. However, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. It is value for money for the budget if not for the stairs I had to climb up.

Good location, small rooms
We needed to get an airport transfer early the next day, so this hotel is one of the closest to Seoul station. Twin room was an OK size considering the size constraints of such a big city. However, the beds were the shortest twins I've ever slept in, perhaps only 170cm long.

Low cost accommodation in a well run hotel, essentially across the street from Seoul Station. There is a steep climb of about half a block from the main street to the hotel. The rooms are tiny and breakfast is pretty basic but this is a good hotel.

Pleasant Stay for a night
It took me 2 minutes to find this hotel, when I came out from Exit 10 of Seoul Station. You will need to climb a little steep hill to reach the hotel. You will need to check in at the counter, fill up some personal particulars on the form provided. This hotel has lift access to every floor of the hotel premise, so it's convenient for people with luggage. Do take note that this hotel is not near to any convenient store, nearest will be Paris Baguette. If you need drinks or snacks, do get it in advance. My room has a private bathroom, would suggest solo traveller to take up the double room, for ample space. My room has a small fridge, but the hotel only provide 1 bottle of water. It was ok for me. The hotel is just 10 minutes walk to the famous Lotte Mart, after crossing a few traffic lights.

quick visit
tiny, tiny room, uncomfortable bed. Had to request towels. Outlets were in bad shape. Only had one old fashioned room key, so we couldn't split up. Breakfast slim and only served until 8 am. Central location next to Seoul Station, but dingy block up the hill from police station. Would perhaps stay again if traveling alone, too small for more than one person.

Nice hotel for solo traveler
