Still good after repeated visit
Probably my fourth time staying here. The place is nice, clean and well maintained. Its a family style hotel with microwave/fridge washing machine and cooking stove. Great for warming up cold soups during winter. The hotel also has more movie channels now. Only problem is the bed is a bit hard and usually cause my back to ache in the morning.

It's ok for the price.
Its ok for the money. It is a little dated hotel, but clean. There is no concierge from 10pm to 9am, guests have a code to enter the front door. The housekeeping is good, my towels got changed everyday, cofee, tea and water were replenished, also daily. I stayed in a 2 beds room; and the beds were not the most comfortable and it was hard to control the hot water. I liked that the fridge was a full size, had a stove, microwave and a washing machine. It is located between 2 train stations, there is a convenient store right next to the front door and restaurants around the area.

The location is very good in gangnam and the metro 9 is close, so I spent 3 days. There is a kitchen where you can cook your own meals and the facilities are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and try to help customers who have anything to ask. There is a convenience store on the first floor, so it is good to buy some food and drinks.

Dirty toilet sit, smelly room , dusty surroundings but excellent location. Walked out as soon as we saw the room and moved to different hotel luckily found one . No way I will allow my family to stay in that room condition.

Everything is good! But if you are driving, need to park at another hotel beside it. As for the room, if bathroom has a bath slipper will be good!

What I really like about this hotel is that it is set up for long-term stays (like ours): each room has a kitchenette with two burners, a microwave, full-size refrigerator/freezer, pots/pans, dishes, and sink. Better yet, there's a washing machine and large drying rack. In short, the rooms come equipped with pretty much everything you need to function in Seoul long-term (in our case, about five weeks), including laundry detergent and dish soap. Moreover, there is ample closet and drawer space for clothing for three people, and lots of storage space for luggage, shoes, pantry items, toiletries, etc., so it's easy to keep things put away and tidy.

After my horrible experience with Airbnb I was happy we end up in this hotel. Everything was great. We came three hours before check in time and they checked us in without questions. Room wAs clean and pretty spacious. Little kitchen eat and all necessary things. Would give a good four out of 5.👍 why not five there is an always room for an improvement.

The room temperature was too hot. Air conditioner/heater control is out of date and it took ages to bring the room temperature down from 29 to 27. So we just turn it off while we were staying except when we needed hot water.

Indeed it's a family hotel, the price is good, with adequate space (compared to hotels in Tokyo), with mini kitchen & utensils, and even washer. It's ideal for a long stay. Location is good. There are 2 nearby train stations and also near to some cafes and restaurants. There's a convenient store right at the hotel. My negative comment is that receptionists are not very fluent to English. One lady though helped me book transportation to Pyeongchang. That's very helpful. Still related to English literacy, we had to call the hotel engineer first to fix the heater and second the washer. He could hardly speak English. I would still want to stay again in this hotel if I get the chance to go back to Seoul.

Hotel was meh. It’s an older building. We were on the 5th floor facing a main road. Traffic was loud practically all night into early daytime hours. Service wasn’t so good. I called about shuttle service from the airport. Got a rude response. But online it indicated that a shuttle service was available. Asked reception about directions to where we were headed. Nobody could speak English at reception. Staff seemed indifferent. Prior to this hotel stay we were in a guest house where the staff were very helpful about directions.
