The property does not have air condition or heating facilities for all rooms during winter and spring. The rooms smell musky and there is no air ventilation even after opening the small window in the room. Book at your own risk.

The hotel and staff are amazing. Excellent service, the room is spacious and clean. Very accessible to transportation and about 10 mins walk to Hongdae. Convenience stores are also within 3 mins walk. I will definitely always recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Good location with just a 10mins walk from Hongdae station, staff is helpful and professional, have a pleasant stay for three nights.

The room was clean and the staffs were kind. 2 free water bottle. No breakfast(you have to pay for it you you want). Good bath tube. Close to the Exit 1 of Hongdae Station and you could arrive at the hotel in about 5-10 mins. The street felt safe enough to walk alone at the nights. And so many cafes were around the hotel! If you travel alone, this hotel would be nice choice for you.

This was a fantastic hotel, particularly for what I paid per night. The location is very good for a holiday / tourist in Seoul, close to the underground network & the liveliness of Hongdae, but at the same time a couple of blocks away so quiet & relaxed.

Room wasn’t spacious and AC wasn’t good enough. Ceiling light not good enough as well as breakfast wasn’t included. At last hotel staff didn’t help out during checkout for hotel payment receipt required tax credit.

We loved our stay here! The staff was exceptional and kind. The room was beautiful and efficiently laid out. They also provided free water (loved!). We totally didn't mind paying for the pool access because this is the custom in Seoul hotels, and the pool was maintained beautifully with food and cabana options, and even some pool floaties. We would totally come back again!

Nice hotel but watch out will charge for all extras - arrived at 1pm - no check in before 3pm without payment - a first ever for me

The hotel is just right, and the things provided just worth the money one paid for. It’s clean with polite staff, and the location is exactly what has said - in Hongdae but in a quiet vicinity.

Great location in Hongdae, many local shops and places nearby for things I would need for a long stay, and anything else I needed was an easy 10-15min walk away. Also not far at all from Hongik university station. I got my booking for a good price, I enjoyed my stay, but not sure if I would stay again unless the price was right.

You have to pay for every single little thing. I asked the front desk if I could use a bottom opener and they said you have to pay for that. We wanted to swim, you have to pay for it. The downstairs kitchen was not open the entire time we were there. Other than that the place was nice.
