Really nice hotel. Perfect for viewing eclipse at Seneca Lake park across the street. Great breakfast - staff helpful - room and bathroom very clean. No complaints. A pleasant surprise at a reasonable cost.

We loved our stay. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast and coffee made the morning checkout memerable. The view from our room was fantastic.

The front desk customer service was excellent. Especially Michael my husband had an injured ankle was on crushes our room was initial on the 3rd floor. He arrange for us to have a 1st floor room which to me was exceptional customer service. Thank you Michael.

Worn carpet, wall paper, desk chair. Iron put out nasty, sticky white stuff, ironing board fell apart as I started to set it up, shower had black stuff (mold, mildew?) at seams. Room felt crowded. Great view of Seneca Lake.

Needs attending to in the gym. Only one machine worked and it was lopsided on the treadmill. Can’t say you have a gym when no machines work. Pool was clean. No vending machine options for snacks.

We have stayed at several Hampton Inns in our travels. This one was was not equal to other Hampton Inns. While It's location is convenient to downtown Geneva, the overall condition felt a bit tired. The breakfast was also not equal to other Hampton Inns.

Very nice room. The beds were a little firm but still confortable. Breakfast was very nice with a variety of hot food.

The website advertised a pool and hot tub on the premises but we found that the hot tub was not working. We booked a room there because we were looking forward to using that hot tub.

The hotel has active train tracks on both sides of the hotel...noisy. tv remote didn't work. Hotel needs renovation. I wouldn't stay there again.
