House was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable and loved that they were all queens. It was perfect for 3 couples. The deck was nice and liked that there was a tv out there. It could probably use some more seating out there though. If you are renting for lake access, be sure to check the water levels. There was 0 water at the dock or in the cove while we were there.
