The historic property with its 450 m² of living space and an almost paradisiacal, secluded approx. 800 m² garden with pool, was extensively renovated and modernized in September 2012 while maintaining the traditional Mallorcan style. The "Can Mavi" has 5 spacious and functionally equipped accommodations, some with their own terrace .. The architecture of the building reflects the once majestic Mallorcan style and today combines the traditional building elements with modern equipment and all the amenities you could want for a relaxing and relaxing stay. Each living unit without a balcony or terrace has a separate part of the terrace in the large garden. There you can also take your self-prepared breakfast and end the day undisturbed with a glass of wine on one of the warm summer evenings. In the garden and on the terrace there are plenty of seating options for eating outdoors, and there is also a pool lounger for every guest. The large salon on the ground floor with an open fireplace and access to the garden with its large palm trees, the central olive tree, the Bucanville and the small romantic fountain is available to all tenants, as is the pool with plenty of loungers and parasols. Sencelles The location on the outskirts of the town of Sencelles offers the possibility of direct contact with the Mallorcan residents. Be it in one of the small pubs in town, on the market day on Wednesday or in one of the shops for daily needs. For shopping you drive about 10 minutes to INKA, or 20 minutes to PALMA. For a relaxing day at the beach you need about 30 minutes driving time on small Mallorcan country roads, through the typical Mediterranean landscape of the island center to the natural beach of MURO or to the lively beach life to ALCUDIA and for surfing or kiting to PORT POLLENCA. We would like to point out that an apartment on the ground floor is occupied by the German administrator of the property and that the house and the garden and pool area are not designed for toddlers. For security and liability reasons, we can therefore only accept bookings with school-age children. Es hat uns super gefallen! Da wir nicht so die Massentourismus-Typen sind war diese Ferienwohnung genau das Richtige für uns: Ruhig gelegen, sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll im mallorquinischen Stil eingerichtet ,sauber mit tollem großen Garten und Pool! Man konnte sich frei bewegen und alles für sich nutzen, ob Terrasse, Pool oder Küche (mit allem ausgestattet!). Auch unser Studio in der oberen Etage hatte alles. Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich und man konnte viel Wissenswertes über die Insel erfahren. Der Ort Sencelles bietet auch ein paar Restaurants und man ist mitten unter den Einheimischen. Ein Aufenthalt hier im Can Mavi ist sehr zu empfehlen! ##### Carsten S. ---
