Modern and traditional, country-specific elements are combined here, creating an inviting atmosphere in the finca. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the Finca of 220 m² offers enough space for families or a holiday with friends. The well-equipped kitchen with cooking island invites you to cook together in the evenings. The living area has a rustic dining table, a seating area, a 55 inch TV and a wood burning stove, which ensures a cozy atmosphere. The living room leads to a terrace with a waterproof sun sail and grill, which invites to barbecue together in good weather. A saltwater swimming pool promises cooling on warm summer days. The finca is a true paradise for children. The spacious garden has a swing, a sandpit, a trampoline and a large lawn to play. Kommunikation: sehr nett, schnell, zuvorkommend! Check in/out: sehr unkompliziert und pünktlich. Wir konnten sogar etwas früher ins Haus und durften auch später abreisen :-))) Nochmals vielen Dank! Sauberkeit: Sehr gut Alles vorhanden und alles ist genau so wie auf den Fotos. Der Gärtner kommt 2 mal die Woche und schaut nach dem Salzwasserpool. Dieser war immer sehr sauber. Die Finca liegt ruhig und ländlich. Man ist schnell in Palma, Inca oder... Das bischen "Fluglärm" stört wirklich nicht. Wir haben die Finca Anfang Juli 2022 mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Kindern nebst Ehepartnern und 2 kleinen Enkeln gemietet. Es war sehr schön und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen!
