Situated central in the fashionable Oberoi area which is in Seminyak where you can easy reach many restaurants, the beach, nightlife and boutique shops just in walking distance.  
  
Selog Villa 5 is a brand-new modern style 2-story beautifully presented villa, perfectly located in the fashionable Oberoi area in the heart of Seminyak, with some of the best shopping, restaurants, nightlife and the beach all within walking distance, there is also a convenience store and cafe/restaurant just around the corner.  
  
This comfortable and stylish villa is set in a safe and quiet side road and offers three upstairs fully furnished clean and spacious double bedrooms all with king size beds, air-conditioning, safe and flat-screen TV. En-suite bathroom with shower, towels & toiletries. There is also an upstairs seating and living area.  
  
Downstairs is a large open plan living room well furnished with comfortable Sofas, Table, Flat Screen Smart TV and Ceiling Fans. Ipod dock  
  
Modern kitchen with fridge freezer, ice cold drinking water tap, cooking hobs, cooking utensils, plates & cutlery, tea & coffee and a large dining table to enjoy your breakfast or evening dinners, the open plan living and kitchen area opens out to the garden and swimming pool.  
  
Outside you will find a well-maintained private swimming pool and garden with loungers and furniture to relax and soak up some sun on a lazy day.  
  
There is a downstairs WC.
