Already in the spacious hall you expect 2 wardrobes. Then you enter the light-flooded living / dining area with large bodententiefen window elements with a perfectly planned kitchen. With the island kitchen with adjoining bar and bar stools you will have pleasure in cooking together with family and friends. The equipment includes a large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and a microwave. Other small and large kitchen utensils include coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, water cooker, egg cooker, toaster, electric citrus press, stand mixer, hand and bar mixer. The LED lighting at pedestals and counters make the kitchen a comfortable place to stay. In the adjoining dining area, 6 persons have comfortable space on comfortable swings to enjoy their meals. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the Hochuferwanderweg and thus only about 400 m from the fine flat sloping kilometer-long south beach. In the restaurant "Kleine Melodie" you sit on the terrace in good weather and enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. In the cold season, you can warm up with the hotdog. In the Hochuferwald there is also a rustic forest playground. The central yet quiet location offers shopping, restaurants, a stroll along the Wilhelmstraße, the pier with its dug-out gondola, as well as the connection to bus, bathing track and the Rasenden Roland within a few minutes. The leisure pool is also reachable in 5 minutes. Im Keller sind Waschmaschine und Trockner, Bügeleisen - alles toll, wenn man mit Kindern verreist. Außerdem eine Sauna. 2 Bäder mit Toiletten, 2 identische Schlafzimmer und ein Kinderzimmer sind vorteilhaft, wenn die Personenzahl die 4 überschreitet. Die Küche war bestens mit techn. Geräten ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Einziges Manko, das schlechte WLAN. Darüber Netflix zu nutzen ist kaum möglich. Besser wäre ein Netzwerkkabel. Die Fadengardinen sind eher hinderlich und mit den blinkenden LED-Lichtern schmälern sie den allgemeinen meist modernen Charakter der Wohnung aber man kann sie ja auslassen. 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Therme und zum Bahnhof. Die Bushaltestelle fast vor der Haustür. Leider nur Platz für einen PKW, wenn man bedenkt, dass 8 Personen locker in der Wohnung Platz haben. Die bekommt man aber nicht mit einem PKW dorthin. Wir würden immer wieder gern dort in den Ferien wohnen, wenn der Preis nicht so hoch wäre. ##### Angelika L. Die Eigentümerin war in ihrer Wohnung im Objekt immer vor Ort und ansprechbar, so dass Kleinigkeiten, die bei einem Erstbezug im Neubau selbstverständlich auftreten, sofort abgestellt wurden. Es gibt somit nichts Nennenswertes, das uns an dieser Wohnung gestört hat. Sie ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und hat uns für 10 Tage Aufenthalt mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind eine Urlaubsunterkunft zum rundum Wohlfühlen geboten. Alles war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Hier einige Beispiele: 3 Haarföhne, drei verschiedene Kopfkissen pro Person, damit jeder sein passendes finden konnte, Trinkgläser in jeder Ausführung (unterschiedliche Weingläser, Sektgläser, Schnapsgläser, Biergläser, Wassergläser) und alle in großer Anzahl, Spielzeug und Gesellschaftsspiele (alles neu), viele Kochutensilien, so dass man auch gut viel \`zu Hause´ kochen konnte, Kaffeemaschine und Kaffeepadmaschine, Eierkocher usw. Hier haben sich die Eigentümer viele Gedanken gemacht, was man sich so in seinem Urlaub an Komfort wünscht und dies auch erfüllt.
