In the living area, the entertainment technology by board games, a modern 42 inch LCD TV and a CD or. DVD player rounded off. Even on vacation, you do not have to do without an Internet connection (W-LAN). This is included for you. For the coziness of the living area with solid furniture, a floor lamp, two armchairs and a sofa bed (extra bed for 3./4\. Person, 1.90 m x 2.00 m). You can reach the furnished and spacious balcony (west) with parasol from the living area. The panoramic views of Lake Sellin invite you to relax with a glass of wine. All apartments have a sun terrace or a balcony. And if that's not enough, there is a barbecue area with a gazebo at your disposal on the spacious property (with a size of approx. 2\. 500 m²).
