The famous Sellin pier and the Baltic Sea beach with its fine white sand are only a 10-minute walk away. On the way there, numerous restaurants, bars and cafes invite you to linger in Wilhelmstraße, and the holiday home is only about 50 metres from Lake Sellin. The flats are modern and comfortably furnished and leave nothing to be desired: All windows are equipped with electric shutters on the outside and have pleated blinds on the inside. The floors are laid with Vinylan. The walls were given a rustic textured plaster finish or non-woven wallpaper in the bedrooms and corridors and the ceilings were partially clad with wooden panelling. All bathrooms have underfloor heating and are fitted with high-quality ceramics and a glass shower. Each flat has a modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen and a wood-burning stove.
