Floor (attic storey). It is about 57 square meters bright and spacious and offers space for 2 to 4 people and 1 toddler up to 3 years in cot. In the apartment you will find a combined living / kitchen and dining area. The integrated, modern kitchen has a built-in microwave with grill function, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and other practical helpers that leave no culinary wishes unfulfilled. The dining area completes this area. The adjoining living area is tastefully decorated with solid wood furniture, a floor lamp, coffee table and a comfortable sofa bed. This can be converted in a few steps to sleep (1.60 m x 2.00 m) for 2 more people. Rounding out the living area with a Blu-Ray player, a small hi-fi compact system (with USB port) and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy a small book selection and some board games. Ein zur Wohnung gehörender Tiefgaragenplatz stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Wir waren im 3\. Stock in einem der sog. Penthouses, mit einem schönen Balkon im Bäderstil. Man sollte allerdings einigermassen gut zu Fuss sein, da es in dem Haus keinen Aufzug gibt. Das Wellness-Bad von Sellin war nur ca. hundert Meter von unserem Haus entfernt. Dto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und 2 Restaurants. Der "Rasende Roland" fährt ca. 200 Meter vom Haus entfernt los. Zur neuen Marina am Selliner See sind es ca. 600 Meter. Die Seebrücke von Sellin ist einen guten KM entfernt. Es fährt jedoch eine für Kurgäste kostenlose Bäderbahn direkt vom Seepark zur Brücke und zum Südstrand. Dto. Buslinie 20, mit der man in die benachbarten Seebäder Baabe und Göhren fahren kann. Der Urlaub kann dort, wenn man möchte, weitgehend Autofrei gestaltet werden. Mit Bus, Bahn und Schiff kann man alle wichtigen Ziele auf der Insel erreichen. ##### Thomas W.
