The reception staff were excellent, greeted me by name and were so helpful. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. Location was excellent for exploring Strasbourg with a view of the cathedral. Excellent hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved that they have 24/7 desk attendants. Our train was several hours late se we didn't get in till around 2am, and they were helpful and kind even at that hour. Room service was pristine. Always very clean. The only complaint would be the WiFi, which would disconnect frequently and was slow when it was connected.

Staff and location were great but I wouldn’t recommend the Mansard rooms if you’re above Hobbit size. It will be you that goes “bump in the night.” … but very clean and nice facilities.

Nice boutique hotel located within walking distance of all to see in Strasbourg. Rooms were well appointed and clean and a good size for two people. Shower was great and the room was very quiet. All in all a pleasurable experience.

Our preferred hotel for stays in Strasbourg/Alsace. The location is perfect for easy access to our favorite restaurants and the city's amazing tourist attractions. Parking near the hotel is convenient, but expensive compared to other public garages.

We had an incredible stay at Hotel Gutenberg. Every staff member was incredibly lovely. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a central location, very easy to walk everywhere and we felt very safe in the area. I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more!

Very convenient hotel close to main attractions in Strasbourg, near main cathedral, room was very very small, not enough place for luggages, bed was comfortable, bathroom was the smallest i have ever been, smaller than a bathroom in a ship cruise cabin, very uncomfortable to take a shower, hit my head several times. Staff very helpfull and corteous

Hôtel Gutenberg Strasbourg is our preferred accommodation when we visit the city. Parking is conveniently located and relatively easy to access (30EUR per day with no discounts available).They are pet-friendly with a reasonable pet fee. The Wi-Fi isn't great, but it works. The rooms, beds, are comfortable and the location is excellent. Our favorite tarte Flambée in the world (one of the reasons we keep revisiting the city) is a short 5 minute walk.

I LOVE this hotel! The staff are great, the room was super quiet and comfortable and modern. I would return in a heartbeat - in the middle of where you need to be in Strasbourg, right near the lovely Cathedral and lots of food & drink to be found nearby

The hotel is located in city center making it close to dining and other sights; we had the one room in hotel that had outdoor balcony - we delighted in the view along the street and portions of the cathedral

When I booked the room, they had just given the last one to someone else, but they went above and beyond to find me another accommodation to a sister hotel, giving me a better room. The staff was awesome and super helpful. I highly recommend.

Nice, historic hotel. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Cathedral and lots of shopping and food options close by. Parking is terrible and costly, but that’s a given in this area of town. The hotel breakfast, included in our room, was quite good. The room itself was small, but clean and use of the available space is remarkable. We didn’t feel cramped for the little bit of time we spend in our room. Overall, recommend.

We had a fantastic stay in the hotel. Super close to everything - we walked everywhere - lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Comfy large beds. Good water pressure in showers. Staff - super helpful and attentive. We had a slight issue with first room where air conditioning was not working and been moved very swiftly to a different room. View from our room (103) was amazing - towards the Cathedral which is beautifully lit up at night. Highly recommended!
