"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "This was a great find for us. It's quiet and it of the way. Peaceful and set in rice paddy fields whilst only 10 minute walk to the Indo/StarMart or Babi Guling. "The hotel is really nice and in general quiet .We spent 7 days there and were really happy with our choice.the breakfast is really good and you have a lot of options.The staff is always kind and helpful.Nice pool to relax as well. The room and some areas around the hotel need a small paint refreshment and the ac units need to be changed with newer ones because they make too much noise during the night . In general is a place that we could stay again for sure.The location is good close to supermarkets,Malls and a lot of restaurants. 15 minutes walk from the city centre which is noisy and busy any time of the day and 10 minutes away from the airport (by car). We had a lovely time and we would like to thank the staff that made the stay really memorable for us ."
