There is a mildew smell when you walk in. A/C was good downstairs, but not quite as cool in master bedroom upstairs. If you’re elderly you could have a problem lugging a heavy suitcase upstairs. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Also, the only bathroom upstairs is a bathtub/shower combo which is good if you have small children to bathe. If you’re elderly it could be difficult to climb in and out to shower. Townhouse was nice overall and we had everything we needed for our one week stay. The washer and dryer is brand new, so that was really nice. There’s a half bath next to kitchen, which is nice too. ##### Lisa Q.
