Please do not book
I thought its a 4 star hotel so il book regardless of the negative reviews. Please do not make same mistake I did. I believe any reviews saying excellent should be taken down as they must be fraudulent. Book only if after a 2.5 star hotel. Smell on entry to the hotel lobby was more repulsive than a public toilet. All floors smelled of wee. The hotel mentainace is none existent you can tell, toilet was broken and didnt flush, even though i brought it to their attention. Wasn't fixed till 3rd day. Honestly only book if you are after a poor quality disgusting hotel.

Good for flea market, poor for anything else
It serves its purpose if you are visiting the Marche aux puces but if visiting Paris as a tourist I would avoid. Far from city centre in an area I would describe as deprived. Reception staff not the friendliest or helpful either. Breakfast very good.

The hotel is 6 mins walk from the nearest metro station , the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable, the neighbourhood is not so good, though it’s safe

An alright place. TV channels were all in English and no way to connect phone to the TV. Wifi was horrible; had to go down to lobby to use it.

Hello, Sorry to hear that you stay at our hotel wasn't what you expected. Did you let us know about you problem the same day ? Because we are always here to find a solution and our clients confort is very important. We have our technicien to fix the WIFI and we don't only have channels in english, we also have french channels and somme in spanish and german. What language do you prefere? Comfortable hotel in good location with restaurants etc. Nearby. The best thing was the check in staff. Katherine was amazing. She made us feel so welcome and even searched restaurants for my daughters birthday dinner. She made our stay so much better because of her attitude. Well done!

Shower flooded room and hallway 3 out of the 5 nights...even after being fixed twice. Drives to nearby destinations were 3x the length as advertised on the hotel site.

Competent hotel, quiet but not central
Good standard hotel in area not too far from the flea markets of Saint-Ouen. 2 min walk from Garibaldi Metro which is about 15 mins train time from central Paris. Staff friendly and helpful. Reasonable quality for the price. Hotel rooms clean and bedding comfortable. Nighttime quiet = good nights sleep.

The walls in my room where so thin I could hear everything next door from a simple sneeze to people showering to alarm going off of (7 times put on snooze). Mattress was really uncomfortable and noisy every time I turned around... Reception was friendly but their Advice on how to make it to my meeting the next morning at 9AM made me arrive at 7:30AM. ... I like being early but not that much. Asking if an iron was available, I was told yes but no one available to bring it to my room so showed up for my meeting with creases on my outfit. not the best stay considering the type of hotel. Was expecting better. Quite disappointed

Okay for a last minute option
We were only in Paris for 2 nights, so booked this last minute and without doing any research. Hotel was $20-30 Uber ride away from the main attractions and wasn’t an area you would want to walk at night. The hotel had a weird smell in the bathroom and our bathroom tub drain wasn’t working as well. All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again, as the customer service wasn’t great either. For example, only one person greeted us when walking into the hotel lobby during the entire stay, so it seemed like they would just let any visitor just walk right in.

A great hotel, not far from the centre.
A fantastic hotel in the suburbs of Paris. The hotel is about 10 mins away from Garibaldi on metro line 13. It takes approx. 25 mins to get from the hotel to the Arc de Triomphe and most of the other main sights, the Eiffel Tower was 30 mins away. The hotel has a secure parking garage costing 18 Euros per day, but there are limited spaces so get there as early as you can during the day. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but there are lots of cafes on the street, including Paul's opposite the metro which is where we had breakfast each day.. We had a superior room with an extra bed for our daughter. The room and bathroom (WC and shower/bath were in separate rooms) were large and spotless. There was a fridge in the room with a free bottle of room and a kettle with some teabags and coffee sachets. The one disappointment was that the confirmation said that check-in is from 12pm, but that is not correct. Check-in was from 3pm and when we arrived at 2pm we did wait for a good 40 minutes for our room to be prepared. However, the room really was spotless and you can't rush a good job! Overall this was a fabulous find. We would definitely stay again.

I was in Paris for a few days on a business trip so everything was booked at last minute. The hotel staff were excellent and very accomodating. A special thank you for Justine for a big smile and a coffee at the end of some very busy days. If you get the chance to stay here make sure you look for the stunning pieces of local artwork.

This was a lovely hotel, staff were professional and the hotel was clean. I will say that it is located in a more diverse area not the tourist area but is convenient to metro and we had no problems.

The property itself is located in a very noisy road in a busy part of Paris the property is spacious and the rooms are clean. Much better than another hotel which was described has been Nespresso cup in terms of its size!

Great Stay!
Only stayed a few days but it was great. Was celebrating my mums birthday and asked reception to do something nice and in the end they gave us complimentary wine which was lovely. Kevin, Hadramet, Mathieu and David were brilliant, so helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean and located near the Metro stop Garibaldi so was easy for us to get around Paris with the Metro.
