Pleasant stay and reasonably priced. The rooms are good and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel is in walking distance of the town. I Would recommend if you have a night in Rouen.

Just the job for an over night stop
Friendly & welcoming staff at reception, despite having 2 sweaty old cyclists wheel their bikes through the front door - they allowed us to store them in the meeting room as it was not in use, a nice touch. The room was clean and what you expect. Good shower. Breakfast was fine and again the staff were friendly helpful and very patient with my (poor) school boy French. - It was an ideal stop over after a hard day in the saddle.

Hotel was quiet and comfortable, staff were freindly. Hotel was formerly an Ibis hotel and was being given a changing rooms make over with strange colours which did not make berooms relaxing. Bizzare floor covering. Bathroom worked but toilet seat old and discoloured and sink similar.

Wonderful hotel and great value.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely bedroom, great breakfast - and all within easy walking distance of Rouen city centre. Also, very easy to drive to and from. Fantastic value, especially compared to the terrible Au Chapon Fin in Poitiers the night before, where we paid more!

Dear Michael, Our hotel is a 3 star hotel. It is currently being modernised (Chromecast TV in the rooms, renovation of the floors and paintwork, everything is being refurbished). Our hotel is located right next to the quays of the Seine, in the district of the prefecture. This area is very lively and sought after by our guests as it is only 10 minutes from the centre of Rouen (which is a city with a great historical wealth). Good basic hotel
Well located hotel by the river. We arrived late and left early so didn't see much of the city. Short walk to the restaurants along the rive for dinner. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Staff we friendly and helpful.

The rooms are quite old which can give an impression of dirtiness. Does what it says on the tin
With an Ibis you know what you are getting, it’s a little out of the way but the price reflected that, parking onsite €9 a night. Breakfast was basic but they dealt with the Covid restrictions well.

The first thing they told me at the reception when I arrived, in the evening: parking and tax de sejour have to be paid immediately, or I had to give them my credit card number... this for my “. The room, Android breakfast, had just been paid at the booking. These people are maybe only rude and not polite, buy they don’t know for sure how to talk to people. Maybe because of where I come from, or what for?

Ibis Rouen Droite Family stay
The bathrooms were nicely remodeled. The overall room was above basic; included fan air. The beds were too firm for us. No in-room coffee making. But very good hospitality; allowed us to leave our car in parking lot as we explored the city after we checked out. Also had a checked baggage room. Overnight parking was better than expected. Had to book 2 rooms but as they were adjoining and for the budget price; quite pleased!

Good Budget Supporting a Charming City
Amazing community, hotel is budget with decent food service and clean rooms. Location was a little out of city center, but it was walkable to city center. Front desk was helpful, made sure that billing was accurate and that we got to our destination under their direction easily. Rouen is a very welcoming and charming city, the highlight of our trip

Reasonable price but a bit far from train station
Cosy room with all basic necessities, located in a quiet area which is quite far from the train station, not so convenient if u don't drive . We needed to walk at least 20 mins with our big suitcases, quite a tedious task! Luckily, it's not far from the attractions. The big jar of homemade fruit drink in the lobby was a surprise, so refreshing! Quite a gd choice for those who drive.

Easy to check-in, nice hours 12pm to 12pm for check-in/check-out. Some staff very friendly and nice, one particular staff member definitely unfriendly and low on customer service (at reception). Bad smell in room, fixed by opening window, but leaves a bad impression, sort that out! with some lavender bags or some natural good smell. Bed very comfortable, location quiet. Walls seem good enough, as I didn't hear other noises. Breakfast 9.90euro, worth it, as there is plenty of food and nice kitchen staff, but coffee from machine is not representative of good French coffee! Overall, I would probably stay again, as for the choice and price in Rouen, it is likely the best.

Ok if you want a cheap basic room.
Pretty basic hotel – it was clean but small room and there were no tea or coffee making facilities or a room safe which we would've liked due to the Hotel being in a rundown area. We had several problems with the room card not working eventually someone came with us to confirm that the room key wasn't working! Eventually they did sort out the problem. However, the location was good for walking to the city centre, 10 mins. On the plus side they had their own car park which at six euros per night was pretty good for a city centre hotel
