Dear Guest, Please accept our apologies for your stay in our establishment. We really do our best to make our guests feel comfortable. For your information, no one can enter your room, only you have the keys. Perhaps the floor employee entered without knowing that you were still inside. You have a small sign to hang on your door so that you are not disturbed while you are there. As far as the corridors are concerned, the Campanile chain represents a motel type establishment which is very different from other hotels you may have known, and very characteristic of this brand. We are sincerely sorry that you were not able to benefit from wifi at the hotel, we have encountered some difficulties lately. We quickly remedied this by calling a technician. As for breakfast, the rate is due to the fact that we offer a wide choice for all tastes: a wide range of drinks including coffee made from roasted beans as well as hot chocolate from a chocolate maker, all our pastries are baked on site every morning, we also provide savoury products as well as fresh and dried fruit.
