Die Familie Schubert ist super freundlich und hilft, wenn man Fragen hat. Der Bröttchenservice war auch super. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man super mit Wanderungen beginnen. Zwar hatten wir keinen Schnee aber von der Unterkunft aus konnten wir gleich loswandern. Zum Beispiel der Fichtelberg und Bärenstein sind von hier aus gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch der Bimmelbahnweg bietet verschiedene Wandervarianten. Außerdem sind mit dem Auto Annaberg und Oberwiesenthal schnell zu erreichen. Anschließend wurde uns die Wohnung und der Hof ausgiebig gezeigt. Der Hof wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und ist sehr gepflegt, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen laden zum Verweilen ein. So das man auch an mehreren Plätzen Grillen und lange abends sitzen kann. Alle weiteren Absprachen wie zum Beispiel das Grillen oder die Feuerschalenbenutzung waren äußerst unkompliziert und auch kurzfristig möglich. Den angebotenen Brötchenservice der Familie haben wir dankend angenommen, dieser ist sehr zu empfehlen. In Cranzahl kann man direkt mit der Fichtelbergbahn nach Oberwiesenthal fahren und dabei die tolle Landschaft genießen. Im Ort befindet sich ein Edeka, ein Netto, eine Tankstelle, eine Sparkasse, ein Imbiss und 2 Restaurants desweiteren ein Räuchermannmuseum, für alle weiteren Ausflüge ist maximalen ein Fahrtweg von circa 30Minuten einzuplanen.
