"Great hotel, great location, great amenities Only issue was the ritz Carlton driver on the way to the airport tried overcharging by an extra 500 lira even though it was a fixed fair. He backed down after some argument but not a nice look on the ritz Carlton to allow this type of behaviour "

"Property looks nice but their staff and service is really bad not worth it to stay in that Hotel for their price rate i thought it was a luxury place but not. room service is bad , guest service is bad and to add i ordered to decorate the room for honeymoon a day before and one hour before check in they call me saying we don’t have time . "The hotel itself was good and the second room we received was comfortable, but the overall experience was disappointing because of the poor customer service. The air conditioner in our original room was not working, so I contacted the reception for help. Unfortunately, the staff were rude and unwilling to assist us, repeatedly saying that no other rooms were available. After struggling for hours in an uncomfortable room, I finally had a serious argument with the manager in the lobby around 11 PM. Only then did they suddenly arrange another room for us. The replacement room was much better and comfortable, which showed that a solution was possible from the beginning. The issue was not the hotel itself, but the way the situation was handled by the staff. Better customer service and professionalism would have made a big difference."
