The bathroom has a bath and it is very dangerous to go in and out. Bathroom is small Queue to check out, something that I never seen. Instant coffee that is no comparison with other hotel that give nesspresso, vending machine unable to take cards Really hard to get just a coffee in the morning

there is no shopping near by, for. ex. looked for a farmacy. And transportation takes time to get to the Altstadt and Messe.

Amazing Service
These guys were just incredible. There was a mix up with the booking that could have cost me thousands of dollars and they treated me in the most sympathetic way possible. If this can be done during their busiest week of the year, then anything is possible. I can not commend the staff highly enough. I will always stay here when in Dusseldorf

Some of the rooms are old and some are new. The pictures show the new rooms only thus the normal price is for the old rooms but you do not know it till you get the room.

The thing I didn’t like was that construction (hammering) began early on Monday morning. I loved the fast elevators, the breakfast, the comfy bed and linens!

High Standards
Breakfast under coronavirus rules still met the high standard we expect of lindner hotels. Location of the congress is perfect for transport to the centre and close to tha Asia 5 Stern all you can eat buffet.

Spotlessly clean and welcoming. Staff helpful. Room set up with extra bad as requested. All had great night sleep, quiet and restful room. Restaurant though did not cope will with the amount of people on Saturday night - totally understaffed and underprepared

Clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast very busy. Pillows too soft and flat but over all we had a real pleasant stay.

Hotel was amazing. Staff very polite and helpful. The room was fabulous. Very clean the coffee was amazing just what was needed to set you up for the day. Very close to the Rhine which is a lovely walk into Dusselfdorf. Will definitely be staying here again
