It is a ground floor two bedroom apartment suitable for winter skiing and summer walking or activity holidays. The ski slopes are just a few minutes walk away or if preferred, the ski bus stops just outside. The area is particularly suited to families with a good range of skiing facilities including extensive cross country ski trails. Seefeld in winter is the most romantic setting and the perfect place for a winter wonderland holiday. The apartment is modern and benefits from connection to the town's centralised hot water supply. There is a biofuel log effect fire in the living room making for a cosy atmosphere after a long day in the snow. There is an underground parking space. In summer the scenery is spectacular and the weather generally warm and sunny. There are many activities available although relaxing in the sunshine is always an option. Please contact us for a full PDF brochure of our self-catering apartment. Value: This property is a new apartment only a few meters from the centre of the village. It has a large lounge/kitchen area. The kitchen is very high quality with granite worktops and an island eating area for 6 people. There is also a glass top garden dining table with 6 chairs on the terrace. The lounge has a double sofa bed and 3 single armchairs and a 42'' flat screen TV with connection to UK TV via Cable TV. There is also wireless broadband available. The main floors are hardwood with carpet in the bedrooms and ceramic tiles in the bathrooms hard wood in the utility room. It's superbly located, right by the town centre and close to the ski trails, and very well equipped. The apartment building is very practical and well-laid out, and the apartment itself is a very comfortable and relaxing space. We loved observing the changing appearance of the mountains throughout the week, and being able to easily cook and relax after a day on the ski trails. The apartment is close to the nachtloipe and we headed out most evenings with the children to ski under the floodlights. It's a brilliant place to stay, comfortable beds and seating, a well-equipped kitchen, spacious and well-designed living areas and with totally usable outdoor space. Die getrennten Badezimmer / Schlafzimmer sind ein Plus und lassen genug Raum. Das Appartement ist perfekt gelegen (Nähe zum Supermarkt, Zentrum Seefeld, Bahnhof). Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und Tipps für Gastronomie liegen aus. Rundherum empfehlenswert ##### Ben H. Alles, Einkaufen, Restaurant, Freizeitaktivitäten etc, gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tiefgaragenplatz und eigenen Kellerraum. Haben wir für unsere E-Bikes genutzt. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft leider nur in Englisch. Hat aber, dank unserer Tochter und Google Übersetzer, alles gut geklappt.
