Cosy apartment block "My Nest". On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Seefeld, in a central, sunny position, 150 m from the lake, 1 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Narrow motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 100 m extra. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant 100 m, pedestrian zone 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Seefeld - Hotel Bergland" 400 m, railway station "Seefeld" 600 m, indoor swimming pool 1 km, bathing lake "Wildsee" 150 m. Golf course (9 hole) 500 m, indoor tennis centre 1 km, minigolf 250 m, walking paths from the house 300 m, skisport facilities 1 km, ski rental 1 km, ski school 1 km, cross country ski track 500 m, children's playground 200 m. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck 23 km, Garmisch-Partenkirchen 37 km, Adventurepark 39 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gschwandtkopf 1 km, Rosshütte 2 km, Axamer Lizum 27 m. Hiking paths: Karwendel 10 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Exit to the terrace, east facing position and south facing position. 1 room with 2 beds. Large kitchen-/living room (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with 1 double sofabed, dining table and tiled stove. Exit to the balcony, west facing position. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Wooden floors. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture. Marvellous view of the lake and the mountains. Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, no lift.
