Relax with the whole family at Modern Sedona Oasis, located in West Sedona. Our home is located within minutes of hiking trails, mountain biking, hot air balloon rides, ATV trails, restaurants, shopping, and a wine bar! This stunning home is a true gem! You will get a warm fuzzy feeling sitting on the private patio enjoying your favorite beverage while soaking up the beautiful view of Thunder Mountain. Finish your day relaxing by starlight in our 6-person hot tub!

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood at the base of Thunder Mountain in West Sedona. Guests can walk to multiple nearby stores, gift shops, restaurants, and wine bars. The trailhead to Thunder Mountain is about a 15-minute walk and less than a mile from our home. If you are looking for trailheads on the East or North side of Sedona we recommend you take advantage of the free, easy, and eco-friendly Sedona Shuttle - an easy way to explore some of Sedona’s favorite trails! Off road and ATV rentals are just down the street from our home.

Follow these rules to be a considerate guest and avoid any issues during your stay:

Guest making reservation must be age 23 or better and be present at reservation for entire length of stay
Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Checkout before 10:00 AM
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
No parties or events without property manager's approval
No smoking or vaping

Notes:

*Our 8’ circumstance custom cowboy dipping pool is used for just that - dipping! Maximum depth is 28” and can accommodate a maximum capacity of 4-6 people, depending on size of each individual. This pool is not suitable for infants or children under the age of two. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES! For your safety, a security alarm is located on the patio door and the inflatable hard cover must be on at all times when the pool is not in use.

*There could be an additional fee if spa or pool is left in poor condition. Please add a scoop of chlorine granules at the end of each day when the spa has been used.
