For those considering a home base the following were drive times we experienced: 1.5 hours to Arizona Snowbowl (Flagstaff) for spring skiing + Lowell observatory 2 hours to Grand Canyon visitor center 3 hours to Antelope Canyon the nice thing about this location is being able to avoid downtown Sedona if travelling to other locations, while still being close to Sedona's hiking and downtown areas. Lots of restaurant options a short walk from the unit. There is a well equipped grocery store directly across the street with a large wine/beer section as well as prepared options. Dedicated parking, renovated pool and well equipped kitchen make this unit a must stay. We stayed here on our family vacation in June and it worked out great for us. The pool was nice and there is a grocery store right across the street.
