This is a wonderful home in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood in Sedona. We live in Sedona and are nearby if you need anything but we respect our guest\`s privacy. This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is highly walkable for morning or evening strolls. You will be just a 5-minute walk to Mystic Trail Trailhead, which is the gateway to the immensely popular Hogs and Broken Arrow trail network. You can also walk to the famous Chapel of the Holy Cross. No need to contend with full parking lots! We have ample parking on the property. You can easily walk or drive to nearby trails. You are about 7 minutes by car from both Uptown Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek. There is a smaller grocery store in the Village of Oak Creek. There are four large grocery stores in West Sedona, including Whole Foods, within a 12-minute drive. Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund. • We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time. • Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee. • No smoking or vaping inside or on property. It is a 5 minute walk from the famous Chapel of the Holy Cross, as well as moderate Hog Wash hiking path, and only 10 min drive to restaurants, shopping and Sedona adventure destinations. The rooftop was great for a morning sunrises, quiet meditations and it offered incredible star gazing in the evenings. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable, enjoy great meals and enough space to relax without feeling cramped. The ping pong table provided great evening fun after dinner each night. The hosts (Cameron and Victoria) were FANTASTIC in all of their communications throughout the 2 weeks. They offered very good recommendations on bike rental, beautiful hikes, etc. They also provided extra toiletries and ground coffee to ensure we didn't run low. Overall - this was a 5 STAR experience! We had so much room. Cameron checked to see if we needed anything else to help our stay, but honestly they thought of everything. There were so many extras such as local coffee, backpacks for hiking, Epsom bath salt, muscle roller etc. They put together a book for restaurants, massages and a private chef. My boys (23 and 17 enjoyed the ping pong table. The view from the upstairs deck at sunset was beautiful. I would highly recommend this house. ##### Christy B. Encore mieux que sur les photos. Douches italiennes (pas dans un bain) , on adore ça. La terrasse sur le toit offre une vue imprenable sur le paysage qui est l’attrait de Sedona.
