In addition, the complex has several amenities to choose from! Directly in front of the condo is a much sought-after refreshing pool for those warm summer days. Near the pool is a barbecue and picnic areas for grilling your favorite sliders, smash burgers or steaks; close around the unit is a gazebo area with plenty of seating, a basketball court for a little game of one-on-one, and a swing to watch the breathtaking Arizona sunsets. The grounds also feature laundry facilities and a fitness center. Inside the condo, are new furniture and appliances. The inviting living room is complete with a comfy sectional couch, SMART TV, and High-Speed Internet. A cozy fireplace and tribal-design blankets take the nip off of cooler nights. Restaurants & grocery store very close by. It is a short drive to Uptown Sedona & all the attractions we visited. It’s in a quiet area & pool is right outside the door. It is very nicely furnished. We wish we had been there when the pool was open as it looked lovely. It was quiet and just big enough for 2 people. They were correct. Minimalist decor which I loved. Cozy and warm. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Area avoided the congestion farther north in Sedona proper. ##### Suzanne S. Comfortable mattress, plenty of towels, and well-equipped kitchen all were important pluses. A comfortable chair or recliner would have been nice, as would a bigger dining table and chairs. However, we would like to suggest that the building names (A & B) be illuminated for night time arrivals as that was our biggest problem. A dishwasher would also have been nice but not necessary. The bed was unreal!! So very comfortable! When it was time for bed, we’d say “It’s time to go to the clouds!” Super soft and cozy! So much so that we looked at the tags on the sheets and ordered our own sets! 😆 The only negative thing was that when we arrived, the toilet was dirty. It is advert for 4 but with one bath it would be very difficult. Kitchen has the basic needs, no dishwasher but that’s no deal breaker.
