Guests can also conveniently walk out the backyard and have direct access to National Forest Trailheads and Posse Grounds Park– a 79 acre multi use park for mountain biking, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, soccer, football, volleyball, baseball fields (all equipment provided for guests). After adventuring all day, come home to relax and enjoy downtime with friends and family. It's truly a magical home away from home! Living Room Vaulted ceilings with a custom alder ridge beam and tile flooring throughout gives this home a luxurious feel. The floor to ceiling windows provide beautiful views both from the front and back of the property filling the home with natural sun light. A cozy sectional with ample seating to enjoy the fireplace, where you can set the mood with yellow, orange, blue and multicolored flames at the push of a button while visiting with friends and family or watching your favorite movie on the 55” Smart TV. Enjoy the stars at night with the telescope or a friendly competitive game night with plenty of board games provided! My family of 4 loved our stay here. There was plenty of room for everyone and beds and couch were very comfortable! The backyard was so peaceful with the babbling brook . They thought of everything here! As a host myself, I can be quite critical but this home is perfect. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to hiking and restaurants. Javelina came daily! Spotless! Exactly as described. Not only would I return to this particular property but I would book wth this company again at one of their other locations. I often , upon arrival, clean the houses we rent. I did not need to because it was sparkling! The house layout is open and was perfect for our weekend getaway. The design is modern, beautiful and upscale, but still feels uniquely Arizonian. The décor even gave us some inspo for our own renovations and decorating ideas! The view and location are absolutely amazing and the house and yard are immaculately maintained and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked for any cooking you might want to do, and even included lots of the basics like spices, olive oil, tea etc.. The management company had great communication by email and text reminders, and made the whole process very easy. Check out requirements were also very reasonable and well communicated. Overall, I would give this property and company a 10/10 and we highly recommend staying at this location. ##### Lydia C. The location is ideal to explore Sedona and close to many restaurants and shops. The property manager was very communicative and check in was a breeze, even though I booked my trip last minute. We very much enjoyed our stay. It didn’t affect our stay and I’m not going to penalize the rating, but I didn’t like the rental contract. I had to sign/initial in 10 different places, but the part I really didn’t care for was the forfeiture of rights to credit card dispute. Basically, the clause states they have the right to charge your credit card on file whatever they want (for damages, overstay, etc) and the only way you can dispute it is to take them to court in Yavapai County. Again, it ended up being a non-issue, but I’ve strayed in many VRBOs and I’ve never been asked to give that right away before now. ##### Brandon B. It was a beautiful property, exceptionally clean, and everything we could possibly need (and more) was provided. The location is perfect for many different activities, with easy access to Uptown and state parks, hiking, etc. , There were beautiful views from the property, and a hot tub to relax after a long day of hiking and activities. The layout is great for families, and it is both beautiful and comfortable. We saw coyotes and javelinas on the property, but this is part of the outdoor experience. We can't say enough about this home, and are so glad we were able to book this property. We would most certainly return, and will specifically book this home for our stay! It was very clean, and everything was upgraded in this home. The location and views were terrific. The neighborhood is quiet, and the people I encountered on my daily run were friendly. A park with all kinds of activities was just a 3 minute walk. The backyard was a small slice of restful paradise, and was adorned with a small flowing creek. Great place to start the day or rest at end of the day. The spa was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the night sky. Lots of written instructions inside the house on how to use the many amenities such as the TV, laundry room and fireplace. The garage was impeccably clean and well stocked with all kinds of sports equipment. Overall, this home was excellent for a family vacation, and I would definitely return for another trip to Sedona. ##### Philip G.
