Great stay at Hilton Bell Rock. Parking is $20 per day and Shawdow rock dinner was a bit pricey. We thought breakfast at Shadow rock was better than dinner. The rooms were large, a bit dated but had great view of Bell Rock. 5 min walk to restaurants and short drive to many other dining/shopping area. Hotel has an outdoor pool but they also charge daily $35 resort fee. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We were very disappointed in the very limited food options. The room was very nice, but why no free internet? And who would pay $10 for a pastry?

Absolutely beautiful facility and very convenient, likely the best resort in the Sedona area. This is an expensive property due to the amenities. My only negative is charging for parking $20 per day when the lot is self-park and has ample room. Makes zero sense.

The Hotel was very accommodating, clean, and had very polite and helpful employees. It had wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms were clean and well kept, the dinning room had plenty of food options and great room service. The hotels location was in walking distance to restaurants and shops. I enjoyed the star gazing activities and live music during dinner. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will be returning when we visit Sedona again.

The property was lovely and so fun. I do wish their restaurant was better. It had fun activities but the food was expensive and honestly terrible. Everything else - the service and the spa were awesome. Lots of options to dine elsewhere...I would avoid their restaurant.

Sedona is beautiful and very expensive all around. We travel a lot, and this resort was very over-priced and underwhelming. The staff at the front desk was wonderful, and we had a mixed experience with customer service in the restaurant. It was an extreme between some very wonderful servers to the most cold and grumpy servers that we've ever expereinced. Especially the coffee bar staff in the morning. All I heard from them was how much they wished they could have called in sick. The room was decent, the beds were comfortable, and for over $400/night, you'd think there would be silverware in the kitchen or hand towels, cups, dishes, or something in the kitchen. I had a spa service, and the massage therapist was great, but the spa itself was concerning. The hot tub wasn't working, the steam room smelled moldy, and it was the most I have ever paid for a massage anywhere. The fitness center, however, was great and our Thanksgiving buffet meal was incredible. Our whole experience was a range from great to shocking or disappointing wherever we were at this resort. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Nice place to stay, but quite a rip off. Room was 850 / night with 55 dollar per resort fee and then a 18 dollar daily charge for parking. Definitely not worth the price.

Property is outdated. The room we had in our suite had a view of the parking lot which was about 10ft away and loud. The restaurant food was a joke - I ordered the chicarones appetizer for $20 and it was literally a handful gas station porkrines tossed over guacamole. My medrare wagyu burger was well done and tasteless. The French fries had been fried and refried so they were extra extra old and crispy. Finally, apparently you have to opt in to having your room serviced otherwise they won’t make up your room, but they don’t tell you this during checkin. There are way nicer hotels in the area at a more reasonable rate - will not come back

Really nice pool area. Suites were a little cramped. Dining options on property left a lot to be desired but there were several excellent dining options within h walking distance. 2 warnings to people considering staying here 1. $60 of additional daily fees. Resort fee, taxes and a parking fee that they did not mention at check in 2. This resort is in Oak Creek not Sedona. It is a 20 minute drive to downtown Sedona. It’s a scenic drive so it isn’t terrible.

Nice tucked away location and clean common areas nice view of Bell Rock from small balcony hotel food overpriced for quality but convenient if you cannot leave resort pool and lounge chairs need updating suite was nice size but four interior doors maybe replace with pocket doors to minimize all the swinging slamming doors AC was not constant and the fireplace remained on at low despite being turned off which contributed to lack of temperature control for the suite

Carpet in our room was ripped in different places. The pool lounge chairs had filthy blue covers on them. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. They put us in the smallest room possible. Never stay there again

The hotel was clean and perfect. Plenty of delicious restaurant choices nearby. The Hilton poolside bartender recommended a fabulous local emergency dentist to take care of an issue I was having. I cannot thank her enough.

When you in Hilton you expect certain level of service . This Hilton fails at all. Property dated and poorly maintained. Pool is beat. You get towel with hole in it not to mention old and uncomfortable lounge chairs. To top it all - they don’t clean your room if you stay less than 4 days. Terrible! Not coming back to this Hilton. Over $300 per night - go to Hyatt down the street.

Great stay
Our hotel suite was beautiful! The jet tube was amazing! We will definitely be coming back. Only thing I wish was different was the size of the pool. It’s too small for a big resort.

Amazing staff
The Hilton in Sedona was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating in helping my family organize and gear up for a number of adventures. The hotel was clean and spacious and the pool + hot tub were great for the end of the day.

The mattress was super uncomfortable, we couldn’t sleep all night. We slept in a room with 2 queen beds and both experienced the same feeling. Got up with a sore back. The restaurant at the hotel isn’t accommodating if you’re vegan and has a poor selection if you’re vegetarian. The staff was rood and in accommodating. I would never stay there again!
