Hotel was not as pictured; not as described.

Posted 14-Jul-2016
Pros: Only the fact that I received a full refund. Aside from that, nothing!!
Cons: Everything!! From actually upgrading and cleaning the facility.
Location: Lots to do near by; however, I would never recommend anyone to stay here.
Hotel was awful and I received a full refund. The room pictures were not what we received and details of upgrades was highly inaccurate. The carpet had visible stains and the room smelled of mold and mildew. There was a homeless person in the parking lot in a vehicle full of trash, made securely staying there impossible. We left the hotel and traveled to Flagstaff.

Assistance at the front desk was great. Everyone so friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the area was quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet Location

Posted 07-May-2016
Pros: See above.
Cons: Nothing.
Conveniently located. Close to shops, restaurants, and near Uptown Sedona. Although hotel is on Hwy 89A, our room was quiet; couldn't hear any traffic noise at all. And, the walls must be well insulated because we couldn't even hear any noise from the rooms next to ours and below ours. The wireless internet signal is excellent. We've stayed at other hotels in the past that advertised free wifi but the signals were so weak. Our room was very clean and bathroom seems to be either recently renovated or well maintained. The daily complimentary hot breakfasts were wonderful. For a family of four, having breakfast at the hotel versus eating at a restaurant saves us about $50 daily!

room as nice, front desk good, but the food was terrible.. its not worth the money if you have to go to breakfast afterwards. They say a hot full breakfast, i would not feed it to my dog..

Please know we will certainly be using your feedback to better our breakfast preparation. Comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings

Posted 21-Apr-2016
Location: Location was good. Close to all amentities. Walking to distance to many restaurants and shops.
Sedona is beautiful with breathtaking views and the Arroyo is perfectly situated in the midst of it all. It is centrally located and easy to access and get to all of the points of interest. The staff were accomodating and helpful with any questions and concerns.
