Very friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint was the breakfast included was somewhat contradicting. It only included 1 item on the menu. Didn't realize that until after ordering other items, but the food did taste delicious!!

the continental breakfast that was included was poor in quality and quantity. you might as well pay for the room without breakfast and go eat elsewhere. Even the staff & service at the restaurant was terrible. the front desk staff and service were all great.

I love it here this was the second time staying at this hotel and myself and my son cannot wait to go back! Definitely making my membership with this company as the service is always welcoming, and the facilities and rooms are super clean. The food is a great price and good quality to! It is in the heart of downtown Seattle with shopping just around the corner, and Pike Place is a walkable distance.

It was good. I travelled with another two couples and the last couple were placed two times in rooms that were already occupied. They almost got late to the concert we were attending because of that inconvenience. At the end they were placed in a huge and beautiful suite because they weren’t more rooms available. Easy access to all downtown attractions. Easy parking and access to hotel, clean rooms. Wasn’t impressed by the lack of hot water in mornings. Hot water can be limited when hotel busy. Hotel parking is stairs only, no elevator. Picture of hotel pool on Expedia makes the pool look big. Pool is small and hot tub is really small.

The beds are very comfortable The property is tired and showing a LOT of wear. The carpets in halls and room were stained dirty and should be replaced. The restaurant food was slow,,coffe cold and staff sort of shrugged it off. Not a great stay.

The staff was so nice! But our beds were uncomfortable. Our car was too big to fit in to the parking garage so we had to park on the street. So unfortunately our car window was broken out and we had items stolen.

Loved the fitness area and pool. Great to soak in the spa after hours of walking and sight- seeing. Good walkability to all tourism: Pikes Place is about 7, Space Needle and Museums are about 15 or the monorail at Westlake is 3 mins away to take to the Space Needle and sports stadiums are about 15. Shopping, food, and coffee in all directions. Rooms are a tad dirty and need a deep clean with some serious dusting, but overall ..we liked it here.

Well run. Only exception was breakfast. Waited 10 minutes prior to being served then left after 20 minutes more. Only one waitress for a very busy Restraunt is not good business. I left and went to a bagel place.

price for what the actual hotel is is insane. 200 a night for no hot water in the shower, a bed and towels with stains, and coffee stains splashed all over the wall and floorboards? the tiles coming out from the ceiling in the shower with a hole cut around the fire sprinkler? I would save your money and find somewhere else. the staff were super nice except for one lady but that was pretty much the only good thing about this place. it's just a 2 star hotel decorated in 4 star looks.

Convenient location near Pike Place Market, but there is not much in the immediate area of the hotel. I was unable to easily get a bottle of water or a snack as there isn't a sundry or vending area available. Some parts of the room didn't seem very clean. Beds were nice and the restaurant onsite had decent food. Not a terrible experience, but I wouldn't stay again.

My room on the 4th floor was directly behind the elevator, and was extremely noisy. The sliding door looked at a wall in a small "alley" that had trash, socks and shorts. The sink in the bathroom had no hot water on the first day and limited the 2nd morning. Room seemed dark and "tired"

It was right in the midst of downtown and close to many things. There were a lot of homeless people near the hotel and sometimes i felt unsafe.I appreciated the parking attendant telling us we could park on the 1st level because of my handicap sticker. The continental breakfast was good once we found out it was included in the room rate. I feel like the parking fee for a handicapped person was high but it was nice to have the vehicle safe in a garage.

Found mold along balcony window, breakfast is not included and overnight parking is 52.00 and the WiFi goes in and out.

Hotel in an awesome location, close walking distance to lots of places. Parking is a bit pricey, hotel rooms could use some upgrading, but overall hotel was very nice

The staff were amazing and all the amenities were excellent. I wish the hot tub was hotter but all in all a pretty good experience.

Had a great time. Was in Seattle for the Damian and Stephen Marley concert and it was so great that we could walk to the Paramount Theatre where the concert was being held. Lots of eateries and shopping within a very short walking distance! Zara, Sephora, Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Target, Walgreens, Farmers Market, Fossil & Stone and Tiffany's!
