staffs are so nice. And the location is very closed to many scenes like Crabpot and Spaceneedle.

A friendly comfortable hotel close to Pike Market, shopping, restaurants , transportation-and Jazz! Nice rooms and friendly staff. Strongly recommended.

Great stay, we'll stay again.

Great location, close to everything. no complaints, room was clean. Front desk clerk who checked us in did not know how the parking worked which I thought was a bit odd. As he was checking us in I could hear the desk clerk beside him, asking if the guest wanted to park a car, if they needed assistance with their luggage, if they wanted a map of the area......I was not asked anything at all. If anything I would suggest consistency of service. I just asked the parking attendant for details and he was helpful for example, telling us there was no elevator in the parkade. No issues, great stay.

Great location

The Warwick is within walking-distance to most tourist attractions in the city. Because of this, I would say the hotel is worth a stay; however, the beds are the most uncomfortable beds we have ever attempted to sleep in. There is construction happening at the hotel, which causes elevator delays, and due to the location it is horribly loud all around the hotel (to be expected in a bigger city). The staff, though forcibly friendly enough, never went out of their way to help with billing issues, room issues, etc. The only staff member we were comfortable talking with was the concierge. Overall, I would stay here if location is important; otherwise, try somewhere else.

Nice hotel with some concerns!

Pros: Spacious room and good bed. Good walking distance to Pike St. and Space Needle and Chihuly Museum and Garden.
Cons: The management of the housekeeping staff to ensure they return to a room if the "privacy" sign has been on the door at the first passing.
Location: Good central location for walking to Pike St. Market, Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum and Garden and waterfront.
Our check-in was smooth and the staff very congenial. The room was very spacious and comfortable but it was on the second floor right across the hall from the public bathrooms for the restaurant and bar patrons. The door to the men's bathroom slammed every time it closed and made sleep very difficult on the first night. To their credit, the front desk staff had the door fixed which gave us a good sleep on the second night. On the one full day we had at the hotel, we arrived back to the room at about 4:00 pm to find that our room had not been cleaned and the bed not made. When we called the front desk the woman told us "you have to request that"!! We went to the front desk for clarification on this and were queried about when our "privacy" sign had been removed from our door. We advised "9:00 a.m." and were told that was late, that the housekeeping staff starts at 6 a.m. and if the sign was on the door at 9 am they would assume it would be there all day long!! They then went on to tell us that anywhere in the world if your privacy sign is on the door at 9 am you would have to make special arrangements to have your room cleaned!! Bizarre! We have travelled in about 2 dozen countries over 50 years and never had an issue like this, ever. So..be forewarned. Also, we suggest you don't walk down Lenora St. as there are quite a few agitated street people day and night. We walked on the street to the south and felt much safer.

Old Hotel that charges for everything

Cons: This is not a fancy place anymore. Be more accommodating with your customers.
It felt like this hotel might have been really nice in its time. Now its just old. They still charge for everything, bottled waters and a mini fridge that you don't dare touch.
