The Warwick is within walking-distance to most tourist attractions in the city. Because of this, I would say the hotel is worth a stay; however, the beds are the most uncomfortable beds we have ever attempted to sleep in. There is construction happening at the hotel, which causes elevator delays, and due to the location it is horribly loud all around the hotel (to be expected in a bigger city). The staff, though forcibly friendly enough, never went out of their way to help with billing issues, room issues, etc. The only staff member we were comfortable talking with was the concierge. Overall, I would stay here if location is important; otherwise, try somewhere else.

Greetings Nicole! Thank you for taking the time to review Warwick Seattle following your recent stay with us. I appreciate your feedback on a variety of services within the hotel as it is only through our guests that we are able to accurately target those areas which need improved upon. I have passed on your concerns to the appropriate department heads for further review. Thank you again Nicole, and I hope you have a wonderful day.
