Enjoy the convenience of a private carport and free street parking, making your stay effortlessly enjoyable. \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • This is a one-level home featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and approximately 1100 sqft. Accessible with a few steps to the front door and an adjoining fenced side yard. • The primary bedroom boasts a Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, with the second bathroom situated in the hallway. • The living room includes a queen sofa bed for extra sleeping \*\*Home Highlights\*\* • Free street parking, plus a carport for one vehicle • Central A/C for the Seattle summer heat • Smart TV in each bedroom and living room for your enjoyment • Kitchen is stocked with a full range of kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, coffee & tea • All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses, linens and a comfortable duvet • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs \*\*About the Reservation\*\* • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away.
