Our cozy 4 bedroom home is located in a delightful neighborhood in Seattle, known for its charm and inviting atmosphere. The living area is tastefully decorated and provides a comfortable space to relax and unwind. The bedrooms are cozy offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city.

With its prime location, our cozy 2 bedroom home provides easy access to all that Seattle has to offer. Come explore the vibrant downtown area, visit local attractions.

The Master Suite is furnished with a King bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. All beds in the home are fitted with new firm memory foam mattresses, measuring 12-14 inches in height.

For your convenience, there is one off-street parking space available in front of the unit. Additionally, we offer contactless check-in to ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival process.

Stay connected with our fast internet service, providing speeds of over 230MB. The living space is equipped with a wall-mounted 55" HD TV, offering access to streaming services for your entertainment.

You'll also find a washer and dryer conveniently located within the unit, allowing you to easily take care of your laundry needs.

Great location in Seattle

We stayed the night before our cruise, 8 of us. I thought we were getting a house but ends up it was two apartments, upper and lower units, each with 2 and 2. It worked out fine, as each unit had plenty of space to eat and talk. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The host was excellent! Very responsive and friendly.

Cancelled 2 hours prior to check in

We booked this house 6 months in advance for the night before our cruise. We then added an additional night and they would not let us book through vrbo, they sent an email and we booked through email. I should have known better at this time. The name of the company was "Vacation Rental" so at the time I thought it was VRBO but when it didn't show up in the app I was concerned. This was the first red flag.At 2:00 on arrival day, after we made a stop by the house they called me on the phone and asked not to go through the vrbo app. They told me they had a better house to offer us (12 people). At this time I was furious, we are literally sitting in their driveway, with a car parked in it that wasn't ours. This led me to believe they double booked. This house was within walking distance of the port which is why we booked it in the first place. The "better" house they had for us was 45 minutes away. We had to rent a passenger van and spend a great deal of time, money and gas to get back and forth to the new location. Yes, I agreed to the new house only because we had 10 people and nowhere else to stay. If you want to keep your sanity do not book this house or "The Vacation Rental" management company. VRBO has been very reliable in the past, but lately I have known quite a few people that have had issues.
