"Convenient to SEATAC, Light Rail, and a Dennys"
I stayed here in 2015 and found this to be a clean hotel at a reasonable rate. It's definitely nothing special but when I returned in 2017, this was my first choice for availability. Let's face it, there are a lot of dingy hotels on this site when searching for reasonably priced accommodations.. I highly recommend this Red Roof for value seekers, if you are looking for something safe, clean, near the airport and convenient to the Light Rail (mass trans into Seattle). Light Rail is a 5 min walk down Independence DR, then a 30 min ride into DT Seattle--$3 each way/$6 Day pass. There's a free airport shuttle that picked me up at Midnight and took me back to airport long after I checked out. They also held my bags in safekeeping all day without charge after I checked out. Along the walk to the Light Rail, there is a 24/7 Dennys where you can catch breakfast. Again, nothing special about this hotel...lobby is small, hallways nothing special, elevator is slow, one tiny vile of shampoo/cond., Window view looks out on a gas station. But, it's clean, safe, and the room is clean, plenty of elec outlets for charging, and the King bed is comfy. I'd definitely stay here again as long as rates continue reasonable.
