Service was awful
We were waiting for almost 30 minutes to get checked in. No one was around and we were ringing and calling the hotel number and nothing. They gave us a smoking room because it smelled like it. We had our kids with us and based on this we will not book here again. The attendance lady from the morning shift was nice.

Book for 2 nights so I can check in early in the morning the next day. I called the hotel to confirm for early check in and the staff told me she will put a note that we will check in early in the morning. When we arrived the staff said they don’t have any notes that we will be check in early. So I wasted my money and needed to go to another hotel gladly we got check in early to the other hotel. We fly over from Hawaii with kids. What a terrible service.

When I showed up the front desk attendant was outside took 15 min to get there. Night time there was a lot of noise and bell ringing down the hall. Not staying here again.

It was dirty and had cockroaches, the gate to the parking garage was broken and there was a truck that got broken into and the staff was rude. I won't be staying there again and I'm sending pictures to the DOH hopefully they clean the place up or get shut down.

Property has roaches and management is limited yet bad. Terrible combination. I’m currently in the process of fighting for a refund. I stayed in the hotel for 30 minutes before checking out. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel. It’s an independently owned Ramada so the management is as terrible as they want.

First, we were charged 10 USD per bag to leave them at the reception because we arrived early (12 pm). I have been traveling for a long time, and this is the first time I was ever charged to leave my luggage at the reception while being a guest. Second, there was a hole in the duvet. Third, the window did not lock. We (4 women) barely slept, knowing that the window could have been opened from outside at any time. All rooms are at the ground level and anyone could have accessed the back of the hotel.

The place has a good location near the airport and good breakfast service. If the goal is just a night's stay, it's not bad at all, because their beds were comfortable and clean. Unfortunately it is a neglected and unmaintained property, the room we had had loose power outlets, the doors and walls were scratched, beaten, deteriorated

Bath tub faucet broken, protective glass on microwave broken, hole in wall behind bathroom door, several bug bites on me and my kids. Staff rarely stocked the breakfast items such as butter, syrup and juice. Have to ask for any type of house keeping.

They totally misrepresented their hotel. My room was unsafe could lock my room door. They shower was nasty hadn't been clean. And their continental breakfast was a joke. I recommend if youre looking for a hotel to stay don't choose Ramada Tukwila! Never again

This place needs an upgrade ASAP. The room was clean but repairs are needed. The hair dryer unit had come off the wall. The caulking around the toilet needs to be replaced. The shower was weak and only lukewarm. The juice machine for breakfast has been out of order for at least a few days.

BUGS!!! Was in the room for 30 seconds and we saw 3 bugs. 1 on the bed, 1 on the cabinet, 1 in the bathroom. We got out right away. Horrible service. The front desk would not refund our money. They take a photocopy of your driver's license and credit cards also. What do they do with your information. Be careful!! This place should be condemned and new management.

Poor service. Room was in poor condition. Didn’t get coffee or drinking cups the first night. Front desk did not care. Someone’s half eaten lunch was left on top of the dresser, mold on ceilings, bathroom wall. There are several economy hotels in the area. And he would be better than this one!

(Note: Our party of four stayed four nights at Four Seasons, Whistler,B.C., Can. Immediately prior to our two night stay at the subject property. Also my spouse has 25 years resort housekeeping in Hawaii. I have 5 years resort security there.) All doors showed paint peeling. Walls, trim had multiple areas of damage. Laundry out of order. Our rooms security door latch disabled. Inside parking area very dimly lit. Orange juice unit out of order. Smoking area disgusting. Our room’s vanity towel hanger missing. Outdoor landscaping not maintained. We found a pair of boxer shorts under the chair cushion in our room.
