Your cozy retreat is ideally situated near all the attractions and dining options you desire. This is a one level guest suite on the basement level of a residence and is about 1000 sqft. It has an oversized bedroom with 2 queen beds, a full kitchen, a full bath, and laundry. This rental is only for the basement suite and does not include the upper levels nor the backyard. Guests staying on the upper level have a separate entrance and there is no access to the lower floor from the upper level. \*\*Home Highlights\*\* • Ample parking on driveway and in front of the home • Separately controlled heating & cooling for the Seattle summer heat • Smart TV for streaming with Netflix logged in for use.
