The entrance to the basement guest suite is in the backyard, however, the backyard is not part of the guest suite's amenities, so you will have the backyard to yourselves. \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • First Floor: Living room, Kitchen, Dining, Laundry, Bedroom (Aspen) with queen bed w/bath, TV and working desk. However the backyard is not an amenity for the separate guest suite so the backyard is yours to enjoy. When you are in the main house, you will feel totally on your own. • Given the great layout of the home, each room can also be individually rented.
