The staff, the food, the upgrades all absolutely amazing! Close to Pike Place, Climate Pledge Arena, and other touristy and non-touristy places where you can choose to walk or take their shuttle. The only negative I have is that to room seemed a bit dirty. There were drink splashes on the walls and light switches, holes in the bedding, dark stains in the curtains… it generally seemed like it just needed a spot check clean and it would have been perfect.

This was our 3 rd time staying at this property. Service is always good; however, wish the restaurant had more choices for breakfast, other than that it’s a nice place.

Location is great. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are very comfy. Breakfast, lunch and dinner choices are on site and very nearby. Also a Whole Foods store at the bottom of the stairs (20 sec walk).

Space Needle view room was just as pictured. Perfect. When we were there the hot tub was closed and it seems like we should have been offered credit as that is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The room service breakfast was very underwhelming which was a surprise given the restaurant's high rating. Other than that, the room was nice and staff were friendly.

Outside the hotel area was pretty noisy all night long. Hotel was ok with nice view.

This hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly, and we had a very good experience staying there. The only negative - and that is not their fault - is the road block that was blocking the road my navigation led me to so I had to keep looking to find the place, which is not so easy in downtown Seattle on New Year's Eve - especially when you aren't familiar with Seattle. The hotel, staff, and amenities were great!

We liked that it was attached to a WholeFoods for convenient access to food. Shops and restaurants around. Walkable to Pike Place. Washrooms sliding panel to the living area creates lack of privacy. The washroom was clean, except toilet has some marks.

My friend and I came down to Seattle to watch the Seahawks game. We were very happy with our room, they gave us the top floor, corner unit which was very nice of them and clean! They even have individual bags of ice on each floor by the elevators which was a wonderful surprise, I wish all hotels did that. They have a restaurant in the lobby as well, we didn't go but it was nice to have. Since we arrived on the US Thanksgiving, we were able to park on the street for free until the next morning at 8am. Keep in mind in Seattle, street parking is free on Sundays and holidays so you can save that way as well. We were able to get to the game really easily, we took an Uber but transit is close by as well. Would definitely stay again!

Street noise and sirens were the biggest nusance. Maybe better insulated windows. Other than that, the hotel was nice and clean. Coffee in the reception area was cold and not the best. Ended up going offsite every morning for coffee.

Very fast and easy check in. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice location & stunning views of the space needle. I paid for city views and got a perfect view of the space needle from my bed! So happy with this hotel. It smells amazing and the atmosphere is classy and timeless! Would love to come back and would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

There is a Whole Foods on the property which is fantastic to get a snack. The walk to Pike's place is a bit of a hike in the winter but the hotel has a car service which is super handy to get around. All the staff are friendly and helpful, will stay here again

They overbooked and told me to leave. It was 2am and just off a 7hr flight. Didnt even try to help me find a new hotel. Didnt let me use the lobby. Terrible service and mgmnt. AVOID!!! Expedia found me another hotel. Pan Pacific did nothing, despite my confirmation of booking with them

We had an awesome view of the space needle. The room was very clean and the bed very comfy. Location is great with many wonderful restaurants nearby and within walking distance. Service was friendly and accommodating. Would totally stay here again.
