Nice house for a group
This was a nice house in a quiet neighborhood with a view of the sound. Plenty of places to sleep for a group of a friends and easy commute downtown.

All I can say is the view was beautiful and the beds were comfy. The house needed lots of Maintenence, such as new paint, fixing ceiling, plastered walls, pictures hanging and fixtures in bathrooms.. For such a beautiful and expensive house we expected better care of such a colonial home. There were no towels to accommodate our group. The bathrooms had no soap , or toilet paper. The cost was astronomical for a large group. The owner communicated lousy. Beware this property charges per person and that is not communicated on the ad and has no cancellation policy. Our family has found nicer for half the price. The parking is difficult and it was not convenient to get to. Make sure you don’t have a low riding vehicle. Our family would not recommend this place.

Nice big house in quiet area
I stayed here with my 3 adult sons. The house was very nice. Pro tip: enter through the alley. The master bedroom has 2 beds and a very spacious bathroom with a big tub. There are 2 other bedrooms downstairs. The main floor has a large kitchen and family room with a foosball table. We loved all the space and the nice views.

Stay in the nicest neighborhood and get downtown without your car!
The location was FABULOUS. The bus stop was so close and took us directly where we wanted to be.

Wonderful property with great customer service.
With beautiful views and situated in lovely Queen Anne neighborhood, this rental was exactly what we desired for our family's vacation. The VRBO owner, Vidya, was simply fabulous. Allowing us to check in early, as well as delivering a new coffee maker when the old one died, Vidya was easy to reach and responded almost immediately. Our only complaint was the extremely uncomfortable iving room sofa bed. To remedy that issue, we simply took the mattress off the sofa and put it directly on the floor. Problem solved. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Vidya, for making our Seattle stay so nice.

The house was perfect for our group of 8 prior to an Alaskan cruise. We could see the ships leaving on the other days. Great location. The only negatives were the front landscaping desperately needed cleaning up and the sofa in the main floor living area was broken. Everything else was great and we did not let these two things spoil our stay.

Puget Sound Retreat
Super clean property and just as presented in pictures. It has a great deck on a upper level overlooking the Puget Sound. The beds are very comfortable, and the Master Suite is fabulous! The kitchen is high end, although we never cooked in it. This house was the perfect place to unwind with our family after an Alaskan cruise. Wish we could have spent more time at the house, but we enjoyed seeing some of Seattle and visiting friends and family who live there. Highly recommend this property !!

Great home for a group of relatives heading to Alaska. We stayed 2 days in Seattle . The home was in walking distance of many sites. It had a beautiful view of the water. Vidya was very accommodating and easy to contact.

A perfect rental in Seattle!
This property was perfect. I don't think it could have been better. Beautiful, clean , and a perfect location! There were 7 of us: 3 seniors, 2 adults, and 3 children ages 12-14. This house was so well-equipped and it was so easy to get back and forth to the city. (The bus stop is right in front!) Although we didn't meet, Vidya was so helpful and always responded quickly to our texts. There was more than enough room for our group and more. The appliances were modern, the beds comfortable and the view incredible. What more could anyone want? Nothing would make this rental better! Thank you so much!

A dream retreat! Thank you Vidya!!
We call our group “The Alaska Ten.” Three families including grandparents kids and grandkids. Ample space to accommodate all in style. Beautiful clean three level home with an amazing deck offering sweeping vistas of Puget Sound. Huge kitchen with high end appliances. Queen Anne district a very desirable location minutes away from downtown an cruise port. We totally enjoyed our stay in Seattle hosted by Vidya in her fabulous retreat. No complaints which is a rare compliment! An incredible prelude to our Alaska Cruise!

Overall it was fine except we had trouble with getting TV news channels to work . It was difficult getting in touch with the owner as she was traveling but did not tell us that. She tried her best to remedy the situation once she got our message.

Great for cruisers!
We stayed her because it was close to the port for the cruise we were going on. Only 5-10 min from the port depending on traffic. It also has amazing views. A little hard to find since it is so tucked back in but it was a perfect fit for our less then 24hrs in Seattle.

We really enjoyed our stay at West Queen Ann. It is very close to the cruise terminal at Pier 91. The house was very clean with big and open kitchen. We will definitely book this house again.

Space and location
We loved our time spent here in Queen Anne. We found the home to provide plenty of room for our families with ample kitchen space, dining space, bedroom space and common room areas. We loved the location-very easy to catch a bus to downtown or to the waterfront and very easy to walk the lovely neighborhoods (beautiful but hilly - just to prepare those who haven’t been in this area before). We gave a few pieces of advice to the owners about some items needing to be addressed by the cleaning crew, as well as some items needing better supply but they seem very responsive to this feedback. I would advise visitors bring their own shampoo and shower soap. Overall a nice rental.

This home was in a wonderful location. Close drive to everything we wanted to do in the city. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. The hosts were very accommodating. Nice large kitchen and living area . We lucked out on sunny days so we spent a lot of time on the deck with views of the water . We would stay here again

Beautiful home and view!
We had a wonderful stay at this great home in Queen Anne. Close location to everything and an amazing view from the deck. The two car garage was perfect for our rental car. I especially loved the large master suite upstairs with great views, huge bathtub, and comfortable beds. Highly recommend for a fun vacation!

Awesome time in Seattle
Comfortable home, with everything needed to enjoy a great stay. The location is terrific, with the city of Seattle right outside your door. Shopping, restaurants, museums, etc- all right there. The home is spacious and very easy to feel right at home. The neighborhood is quiet, and parking is reserved. We loved it. Our host made the entire process so easy. An A+ experience for our family.

Clean and good location
The house has a view of the sound but not the city. Beautiful city view up the hill at a park a 1/4 mile away. Master bedroom has two queen beds with a great view. Great master bath. Furniture could use some updating but the kitchen was great for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Overall it was a great place for 3 families to get together for Thanksgiving. Vidya was very good to work with and we would be happy to get this property in the future.

Great house, with wonderful view
There was a big group of us that stayed at this house. There was plenty of room for everyone to just relax. Used the gas grill to make dinner one night with fresh seafood from Pike Market. Minutes from downtown, close to groceries - everything was great!

Convenient & comfortable accommodations with a view!
We had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful home. It was very clean, updated throughout, and had all we needed to accommodate our party of 10 comfortably. Waking up to the view of the water was incredible! The kitchen and washer/dryer was especially handy since we were traveling with kids. The location was very convenient and so close to all the great and popular Seattle places! We appreciated having 2 parking spaces in the driveway to keep our cars off the street as well. Felt like our home away from home and it was so much more comfortable & economical versus getting hotel rooms for our group. Appreciated our host for being easy to contact and for opening up her home to us.

Property is Beautiful with great ocean views of Seattle and the harbor and is very a walkable local
The property is as in the pictures in a beautiful neighborhood. It is an easy walk to many restaurants and bus stops are nearby. The off street parking is excellent for those with a car. The house has everything you could want and is spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. The house is great for groups and works perfectly for 3 adult couples as in our group. Could not have asked for better, communications with the owner was easy, prompt and extremely courteous and helpful. All in the group would stay here again if visiting the area.

Immaculate, comfortable, roomy, very well stocked, great location, would stay again!
While it turned out to be much bigger than a family of four and another couple needed for a quick two day stay, we were extremely comfortable and didn’t regret our choice. The layout with the beautiful granite and stainless steel kitchen, living room and dining room located on the main floor with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs in the daylight basement gave both families a lot of privacy. I’d like to return but with more people and time to take better advantage of this super place located so close to Seattle Center. We loved leaving our cars safely parked in the double garage and taking Lyft around.

Great house, Great location
We had a group of 10 for Blue Jays weekend. The house was perfect for us. All the amenities that we needed, terrific view. Bus stop steps away that took us right to the stadium. Vidya was a phone call away if we had questions. Excellent!!

The accommodations met our needs. The property needed some major upkeep. So overgrown that address is not visible from street and hard to walk outside of the house without dodging overgrown plants. There was construction materials that were in garage that had to be moved in order to park. Advertised that cabinets were stocked with basic staples but they were not. On the plus side, great location and large house with great views. Very nice that house was air conditioned.

Overall, our experience was great. The owner of the house was very helpful and communicated with us promptly. We loved the location and the surprise that the master bed and patio had to offer. The house was clean and open. I would recommend anyone to stay here if they are able to.
